About Them: Crime lord (though he will call it "businessman") and train enthusiast coming straight from 1868 London! He's cheerful and friendly although cagey about personal details and passes it off as seemingly more interested in other people's business instead, which is not untrue, but he isn't maliciously nosy. He is just like that. Notably he is not actually English, he is from New York, so he does not have a London accent. He's also very short and looks like 8 years younger than he actually is, but he is a real adult, for real.
Notable CR: Since he is brand new, the only person he knows enough to chill with is Jacob Frye. A big dweeb.
Current Plans: Being new...!! Right at this moment he thinks Hadriel needs a Real Economy, preferably with his sticky fingers all over it, and since Jacob wants to fight everybody for fun he'll probably stick his nose in there. His god squad is Tranquility and he doesn't have any strong feelings about the gods, but he'll help out probably almost anyone else in exchange for an IOU for the future.
