Running and hiding seems to be the order of the day. Or at least the smart bet and Miriam has always made a point of playing it smart when she can. Which is what she's been doing, hunkering down and moving slowly - but steadily! - closer to the city with Barnaby hanging tight to her side. Keep it slow, keep it quiet, then nothing will see you.
