The "Never Have I Ever" Meme

Never Have I Ever, for those of you haven't heard of it, is a classic drinking game. Individuals take turns stating something they've never done, and everyone who has done it takes a drink. And then embarrassment and teasing and general fun is had by all.

HOW THIS WORKS

✔ Post with your character. This is your thread for as many 'Never have I ever' statements you'd like to make!
✔ Under your own thread, reply to yourself ICly with a statement of something your character has never done.
✔ Post as many 'nevers' as you like, but each 'never' should be it's own comment string, under your character's thread.
✔ Other characters reply to whichever 'nevers' they like, drinking or not drinking as appropriate.
✔ Optional rule: If you drink, you have to explain the situation in which the 'never' occurred!
✔ Another optional rule: Forced honestly is okay, if you have a character that wouldn't talk/share anything.
✔ Threadjacking is encouraged! Particularly if it's to make fun of someone for their answer/drinking.
✔ HAVE FUN PEOPLE

they both know ignis doesn't need a drink for this one.

I'd thank you not to assume my thoughts on the matter.

[But spoken softly, because they both know he would have never so much as looked at his glass for a comment like that one.

That Noctis feels so much pain jabs at him, and knowing that he would cause at least part of it makes it sting all the more. He would have never wanted his friend to feel guilt on his behalf, for actions his chose to take, yet between that, and losing him altogether...]

... I was never fond of champagne.

I know.

[ Noctis muses behind his glass, nursing the unpleasant liquid. What they both don't know yet is that Ignis is going to lose him anyway; it's just a matter of time. ]

What you wouldn't give for an Ebony, huh?

Some fairly humiliating things, I imagine.

[He smiles, albeit weakly. You don't want to know about the horrendous and daily headaches he had when he got here and didn't have access to his favourite drink anymore.

Ignis quiets, and the silence between them feels like a weight that no amount of forced small-talk can lift.]

Noctis--... [He begins, though the sentence aborts before he can continue. A soft sigh leaves him and he looks down at his hands, shaking his head.

When he looks up, it's with a softened expression.]

If it helps to know... you've always far exceeded my expectations.

[ Noctis' eyes flicker down to his cup, his expression unreadable. No, this silence is a weight nothing else can lift -- it's something that Noctis bears, for better or worse.

He knows, though. He knows. It's nice to hear, but there are some things that don't go away just because you want it to. ]

You've got seriously low standards.

[ He jokes, and it's a weak one, the smile accompanying it short-lived. Noctis finishes his glass, then pours himself another. ] I'll make it right. Somehow.

[Ignis, never much of a drinker even in the worst of times, finds himself reaching for the bottle to top up the glass that Noctis had emptied.

Low standards? Never. There is no higher standard than to which he holds Noctis, save perhaps that to which he holds himself.]

I know you will. [He swallows a mouthful of his drink, grimacing slightly at the flavour.]

And I'll be at your side until the very end.
