I can't imagine he would respond with anything other than "I can't save you right now" though...the key to his interest in the poison as well as curing it is actually his Devil Fruit, so if he can't use it, he's of no use. Even if it doesn't work on Kelson, Law won't know that so he'd probably just advise him not to and then fret that he can't assist.
