About Them: Kain is a dragoon, a knight who wears dragon-like armor and jumps ridiculously high as a battle skill. He's got a few variations on this jumping (and some other things like Cyclone), thanks to Dissidia. He's a bit of a broody loner, so he tends to keep to himself and do his own thing. He's got a very prideful attitude, especially regarding where he comes from and who he is. His past is pretty messed up since he did some terrible things while mind controlled, and he's still got some lingering jealousy and other issues from all of that. He's struggling to become a better person... but sometimes he has a hard time fighting off that darker side.
Notable CR: He mostly hangs alone. People on the Guard are likely to know him from that. Aside from that, there are others like Atem and Aren who he's talked with quite a bit now, probably some others I'm forgetting, but... he's way too skilled at pushing people away.
Current Plans: Kain has been laying low after the last major event had him confessing all of his past 'sins' to the entire population. He feels pretty weird about having done that, whoops. All he wants is to keep to himself and do his regular Guard duties. During the loss of senses he's losing his power, which will make him sad... and then his use of his legs in general will gradually start to go, making him more upset. He'll be stubbornly refusing help up until he absolutely needs it.
CR you're looking for: People to spar or go fight things with! People who can bust through his stern emotional walls. Really, I'm up for anything and everything!
