So far, we have not met our selves from before or after - but you might meet a dear kinsman, who died long before, or meet one who knew you only as a tale from their past. To date, the current theory is that we are plucked from time and to that time return without our memories, as it is the only thing that makes sense, otherwise.

What don't they, is perhaps the better question. They might stir up old memories and turn them into waking dreams, or convince us that we have always lived in a different place with different lives, or force us to share memories, or induce us to wish for hugs...
