[ interestingly enough, the corpse actually isn't the first thing that teresa notices about the room. she's aware of the fact that there's another person in there, but it isn't her top priority. what takes immediate precedence is trying to find a way out. she immediately jumps up off of the floor and starts running her hands along the walls, an angry scowl twisting her face as she finally does a lap of the room and makes it back to the door. ]

[ she shouts shamelessly, banging hard on the door and absolutely, utterly failing to move it even an inch. even when her hands start bleeding she still slams them against it, with an open hand instead of a fist now, and it isn't until she can't bear the pain any more that she turns to the centre of the room and sees the corpse.
to her credit teresa doesn't scream, but she does bring her attention to the other living soul in the room and she frowns slightly as she looks at them. ]
