Hit him with your best shot, son, this guy knows how to barter too. More importantly, he knows to shut his trap if he deems the medical supplies up to snuff. Which he should. Because lol they're the only ones around.
Want to make a clinic-log? It could be for anyone/everyone, really. If Ronan drops off the supplies at the clinic specifically, could be he runs into Hawkeye and it gives them a huge "who the fuck are you" moment. Or something??
