[it felt... really nice... even better than he'd have expected. He feels a little awkward and red-faced, but overall... it wasn't bad at all. He's a lot happier and calmer now than he was a little while ago.]

[Kain sounds very surprised. After all, to him a kiss is something very important, only given between people who love each other in some way. But it seems... it seems Rydia is willing to do this, for him. What does it mean? Could it be they have a closer bond than he'd thought?]

[It's something Kain does on purpose, keeping his distance from others. He's gotten... a bit too good at that, really. He prefers it that way, usually. Having tough barriers keeps others from getting in and causing him harm. But sometimes, despite everything, he finds himself... wishing he could have more contact with others. Sometimes.]
