Hux is intrigued by Regis and wants to see what else he can do. And if he's not a fan of anything Imperial than I'm sure things are going to get very interesting in their thread.

Regis has his reasons for being quite anti-imperial! Hux might learn of it eventually. Though, Regis might be swayed into a mock alliance if it means somehow gaining the upper hand against the chaotic deities.

It only dawned on me that Star Wars and Final Fantasy have some similar abilities but FF is definitely more magic based and that's what Hux never seen. Actual magic.

Mock alliance is good. And Hux is very proud of his Imperial background which he will share as well.

He's been surprised by what he's seen so far- he's not really used to or knows anything about magic.It's been something he's had to grudgingly accept that he needs to know more about.
