The "Never Have I Ever" Meme

Never Have I Ever, for those of you haven't heard of it, is a classic drinking game. Individuals take turns stating something they've never done, and everyone who has done it takes a drink. And then embarrassment and teasing and general fun is had by all.

HOW THIS WORKS
✔ Post a statement beginning with "never have I ever" that your character has never done!
✔ Post as many 'nevers' as you like!
✔ Other characters reply to whichever 'nevers' they like, drinking or not drinking as appropriate.
✔ Optional rule: If you drink, you have to explain the situation in which the 'never' occurred!
✔ Another optional rule: Forced honestly is okay, if you have a character that wouldn't talk/share anything.
✔ Threadjacking is encouraged! Particularly if it's to make fun of someone for their answer/drinking.
✔ HAVE FUN PEOPLE

It's... obvious, one would think. It's something that should be shared between... Lovers, not strangers...

[He presses his lips into a thin line, looking rather as if he's bitten something bitter. Call him old fashioned as far as love versus lust goes.]

I had someone, once. I thought it unwise afterwards.

Yukari can identify somewhat with Maketh on this, if only a little. The last lover he had, before Curufin, the relationship was a very... poor experience, to put it nicely. And even with Curufin now, he has odd reactions to intimacy. But he still can't imagine himself spending the night with a stranger over it.]

A stranger is less likely to betray you. Humans still need--contact. To function properly.

I certainly didn't. And I'm thirty years old, mind you. Perhaps you simply don't enjoy your line of work, if you have time to occupy yourself with strangers and worry about betrayals.

[Maketh snorts at that.]

I was an officer of the Imperial Court. Betrayal was inevitable.

And I was second in command to two Kings. [Yukari smirks.] I have been betrayed and done the same to others. That's exactly what I'm saying, you take your line of work far too personally. If it was inevitable, you think you'd be less affected by it.

[Was he, then. Hmm. Maketh gives him an appraising look.]

An honest answer. But you mistake my meaning. A lover, as you call it, knows too much. Don't bother with them and your enemies cannot take advantage. They will strike regardless, but I see no need to make myself an easy target. Nor anyone I care for.

[She shrugs, deceptively casual.]

Thus I did not care for anyone.

I suppose that could be one of many ways to handle it. But it still seems you're putting duty before what you truly want.

Well, I certainly wouldn't be where I am if I put duty over my wants. Sure, it's fine to make small sacrifices. But if you're sacrificing yourself as part of it, then you're missing out on the true beauty of life.

Yet here you are. Stuck here with the rest of us.

Then it gently turns red instead as he struggles to get out something resembling an answer.]

Err... That... [He rubs his face with a hand. Please don't make me answer this...]

[Maketh frowns, waiting for him to answer. Then she considers the context of their whole talk.

[Yukari can't help but bite the inside of his cheek in both embarrassment and frustration. He's not certain if the fact she understands is relieving or more stressful. He didn't have to say it out loud, but now she still knows to some degree.

He's still working on this whole being public about it thing. Not that Curufin's minded or pushed him to be so.

Yukari's just going to take a long, unprovoked drink for the moment.]
