About Them:
An over-active superhuman who really dislikes being stuck in an underground fishbowl for many, many reasons, but is largely okay with it right now because a. there's nothing going on back home and b. she has a lot of friends here from last time. Spends most of her time at the clinic, again, where she does whatever admin work you can imagine exists in a makeshift clinic, and is available to tell you what's wrong with your powers, because hers do that.

Outside of work, she can probably be found running the width and breadth of Hadriel, usually via the rooftops and rubble, or drinking. Despite not being the greatest conversationalist, she actually really enjoys company.

She is most definitely on the side of the gods, rather than the Null, because her friend from home - Faith (who is no longer with us) - was determined to help them. And also because she supposes Hope isn't the worst glowcloud in the world.
Notable CR: here's her old CR chart with some of the most notable, but since she's just gotten back, she's getting reintroduced to who's around and who isn't. Honestly, I could list a lot of people here, she really got around last time. It's likely that if you work in the clinic or visit it regularly she knows you, and she's close with a couple of Guard members.
Current Plans: Mostly getting her re-settled! During the AU event, she'll be the high school gym teacher and ex-professional athlete with the awkwardness of being That Girl Whose Parents Were Murdered. While I haven't got any open top levels or posts, I will be tagging around the clinic party and maybe top levelling there later!
CR you're looking for: I'd love to get some CR that she can talk to about the metaplot, because she does tend to stick her nose in everywhere even if she thinks she doesn't. But also, as a returning Hadrielite, it'd be fun to throw her against new arrivals and possibly, probably unintentionally adopt people because she's that annoying fuck with a bit of a Hero / Protector Complex. But also and always: drinking buddies, people who actually enjoy running, even better if they're able to keep up with her on rooftops, sparring partners.

She's welcome to listen in on the guard meeting about the Null if she wants to catch up on what's she's missed re: their network post! Or even just have him pull up the post on his phone and shove it in Kate's face. (we can handwave for ease if you like)

He'll definitely want the guard and clinic to coordinate on emergency plans with that threat in mind. :)

I totally read those two sentences together and just imagined him throwing her on speakerphone while the Guard meet up about it. But yes, inform her, northern bro.

Ha! I'm pretty sure there's going to be a lot of bickering, because that's basically how the guard works. They express ideas, argue about them, and eventually reach a compromise everyone is somewhat satisfied with.
