Two Truths and a Lie

I hope the fake one is the birthday because leaving school at 16... I don't know if it's good or not and the breaking a rib thing sounds cool.

I hav been trying to determine which of these likely, but I confess I keep thinking of scenarios where you would have broken a rib in attempting to stop an assassination.

I will have to take a guess. I have a very young intern who is brilliant, and he did not finish high school. In his honor, I will say that you did in fact leave school at 16, because that does not indicate intelligence or a lack thereof, and I will guess that the third one is the lie.

If your birthday is in December, I'd find some odd satisfaction in that--it is one of the human cold months, at least in most regions, is it not? Perhaps that would explain why we get along so well.

Well. [A little snort of a laugh.] It was just fanciful thinking, anyways; we don't need happy coincidences to bring us together. So, you... actually left school at that young an age? I'm assuming it's early for humans, anyways, otherwise you would not have mentioned it.

The other two statements, especially the second, are very specific and less believable than the third. But that wouldn't be enough alone; it's those reasons combined with the facts that a lie about birth month is not only simple and easy to think of, but it's only a one in twelve chance you're being truthful in naming a particular month. Birth date is also something that can't be guessed on personality indicators.

[So it's a really easy lie to pull off, basically.]

Second one's pretty mental. Could have made summat up that's obviously fake. Make you think it's too obvious to be untrue and all of that.
