I guess you seem...capable of empathy, understanding, but you're so damn strict with yourself.

I've had to be in order to survive and get to where I am now. There was simply no other choice.

It's been a necessity for such a long time, since I was a child, it's natural for me now.

I don't know. [There's something about Hux that he can't put his finger on.] Maybe it's something you picked up from being around Ben?

Ben is very difficult than I am, he didn't grow up in a military environment as I did so he didn't have to worry about keeping in strict control at all times. I suppose he's been an influence on me here.
