Probably the clinic, since he's joining on there, but he also likes the park, since it's nice and quiet. His apartment is in spire 4 but I'm not sure Jack is the type to knock on random doors on fifth floors of buildings (I would say nobody is that type, but it did indeed happen.)

That said, I could make a case for him to be just about anywhere except Sorrow, Fear, or Rage's temples.
