About Them: he's what happens when you cross Sam Spade with Johnny Five. Being a detective, he errs on the good side of morality, but occasionally gets his hands dirty to get a job done. He's on the Guard in Hadriel and spends a lot of his time doing paperwork and surveillance on the network. He looks like this! He's also missing all the synthetic skin on one hand, so it's no surprise people can tell he's a machine.
Notable CR: He's living with Rey, who is basically his daughter at this point, and they have a three-legged, one-eyed cat named Tripod. He's also often with the Guard, and is second-in-command to Henry and Maketh. Keeps in close contact with his fellow mechanical buddy Oscar. Aside from that, he patrols a ton and tries to get to know most folks around town, even if only in passing or on the network.
Current Plans: He's currently working overtime at the Guard HQ managing patrols and trying to keep people -- both on the Null's list and not -- protected! Everywhere can't be covered though, so some things slip through the cracks, which causes him no small amount of grief. He keeps close tabs on the network and has been watching the Null situation, so that, along with some shakeups in the Guard, have kept him busier than he'd like.
CR you're looking for: He could use more CR outside the Guard! Folks who might remind him that protecting this town is worth it would be good for him during this rough time. Other than that, I'm open for most stuff!

Girl had a thing about robots as a kid, so I think it'd be pretty swell if she got to meet someone like Nick. She's also from a post-apocalyptic canon, so they could swap stories about what their worlds were like? Mostly I think she'd just quietly geek out over him, if he'd like to deal with a bunch of curious questions.
