About Them: Mischievous, curious by nature, loves a good joke, but also exceedingly practical. Whistler is not one for drama or being dramatic. On top of this he's been blind his whole life which has given him a knack for finding different methods by which to approach a problem.
Notable CR: He's sort of a recluse. He chats with a lot of people but he tends to prefer hiding in his apartment unless there is a reason why he can't (i.e. an event or he needs food, etc)
