Padmé is like Oscar's canon BFF in many ways so it's possible he would get along well with her! I'd love for them to talk at any point. Also, Oscar might remind Padmé of C3PO or something idk.

I am always up for new CR for Padmé. She's very nice most of the times, but she's doesn't make a lot of friends that aren't superficial. So, please be her friend. And reminders of Artoo and Threepio would be nice.
