Welcome to another combo meme! This meme is one parts my modified version of the hearts meme, and another part the tl;dr CR meme.

some tl;dr!

Cecily confuses Arya, mostly because she's so kind, and Arya can invent a bunch of reasons why Cecily shouldn't be. Arya knows that Cecily is good in combat, and that if Cecily lived in Westeros, she'd be some kind of knight. The fact that a woman is allowed to develop those kinds of skills and hold a leadership position is incredibly impressive to Arya, but it's also a little intimidating. Arya's learned how to fight in really harsh, often traumatic ways, and part of her assumes that that's how everyone does that. Arya knows she can be cold, and not especially kind or trusting at first, and Arya has difficulty understanding why Cecily isn't the same way. She also doesn't have the best experience with knight types in general, and has listened to men make really compelling cases on why true knights aren't real. But Cecily seems a lot like a true knight, like a storybook warrior queen, and she isn't sure how to feel about that. Part of her is lowkey in love, but another part is waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Cecily is also one of the few female role models in Arya's life, and despite Arya's uncertainty, she definitely thinks of Cecily as someone to look up to, almost in a mentoring sort of way. She's immensely grateful for the dagger and Cecily's stories, as well as Cecily's honesty after the burial event. She's not especially certain what to do with that, though -- is thanks enough? Debts are a big deal in Westeros, and while Arya looks up to Cecily, she doesn't want to be in anyone's debt.

tl;dr Arya thinks Cecily is really, really cool but is also a little confusing and she wants to get to know Cecily better, especially when they're not in a life or death situation.
