It doesn't really matter how bad Adam is at the whole friend thing, because I can guarantee you that Lloyd is good enough at it for both of them. Adam's not even the hardest that Lloyd has ever had to work for a friend, honestly between his earnest excitement and obliviousness he hasn't even really noticed any sort of failure from Adam on this point.

Lloyd doesn't really mind playing protector either, though he's self-aware enough to realize he doesn't have the knowledge to try and teach adam or any of his friends self-defense. He'll just have to make do with feeding you all semi-regularly since if you can't fight you obviously can't hunt and honestly he kind of likes cooking for friends anyway.

Also Noishe is not weird, bite your forked tongue.
