About Them: Walking gay disaster with a heart of gold. She's got a ton of fabricated memories belonging to different women who were soldiers and/or assassins because of that robot brain she has. PTSD and identity issues, ahoy.

Has a lot of intentionally-inflicted scars on her face. Also the ability to not-so-spontaneously combust herself and things around her and manipulate heat. Makes for a very good personal sauna if you can keep her still long enough.

Runs the Speakeasy and welcome dance nights for the newbies on the intro logs. Here is the most recent one, featuring a sweet solo beat "inspired" by the gods! :)

Notable CR: Lives with dadbot Nick Valentine. Oscar is her unclebot twice removed or whatev. Friends with Rosie, Atem, Alphys, Laura Palmer, Carlisle Longinmouth and... I think maybe Ianchus Cepheos? Maybe?! Rey is still technically part of the Guard in a near-unofficial capacity, so some of them might know of her.
Also has a mutant cat named Tripod and he is good.

Current Plans: Right now Rey is organizing efforts to help prepare for the setting change. She has experience both in jungles and arctic tundras so if you need help on how to survive some really crappy landscapes, she's your gal. Here is her post if you'd like to tag that. In the same post Rey is also looking to try and prepare for the next Null attack, so she's aiming to upgrade any kind of weapons + reproduce the kinda laser cutters and such that the Null were using against them. She'll probably want to work with any techy types to put together some EMP weapons.

Don't have any heavy plans ahead for the memory event, but I've got a list of things here on the OOC post with a general list of ideas to work with.

CR you're looking for: Anyone who might gel well with her! Soldiers, robots (it's complicated though), characters who are the opposite of the kinda person Rey is. She's always accepting volunteers at the Speakeasy and Game Room, including maintenance, brewing/distilling, music, and setting up dance nights. Rey's been around for over two and a half years now and so that makes her a very good source of information for those who want to know about the game history.

About Them: Lady reaper lady who is freakishly tall at 6'8" and wears sunglasses at night and whenever she damn well feels like it.

Ravine is a Psychopomp who, in her world, was tasked with guiding dead souls when they die in order to prevent them from becoming attached to the living world and turning into harmful spirits. She also is a telepath with a sense for predicting probabilities, but her predictions are more of "possible outcomes" than anything that is set in stone. She's over 3000+ years old, from ancient Jerusalem/Neo Babylon. Seen a lot of shit because she comes from a point in canon where the world in the distant future has suffered a catastrophic pandemic that nearly wiped out all human life.

Huge emphasis on her permissions post for people who interact with her in any deep capacity due to the invasive nature of her abilities, even though she won't take advantage of it unless she finds reason to (in other words: I will try not to infomod without player permission and will ask ahead of time before she pulls anything extreme. If anything comes up that you're not comfortable with her knowing/talking about to your character, please hit me up).

Notable CR: Forever BFFs with the Friendship Pharaoh Atem and is pretty much friends with Alphys, George Lass, and Nick Valentine in a way. Carlisle Longinmouth pretty much makes tributes to his goddess in her name because she treated his condition and bought him more time when he was dying. Has antagonizing CR with Caedra Nisariel.

Current Plans: Last month Ravine was "on hiatus" (AKA taking a walkabout throughout the entire ocean planet one last time to avoid the Door's craziness because reapers don't handle crazy very well) so she hasn't had a lot going on. Unless you count walking on the bottom of the ocean and chilling out on islands to be a lot, which... she doesn't.

CR you're looking for: DEAD PEOPLE. Spirits or anyone who's died/will die in their canon, you name it, she can usually tell (refer to her permissions post linked above for more detail on that). Fellow psychics and people associated with death, or anyone drawn to those types and makes for a good friend.

About Them: Newt is super smart, super arrogant, and super obnoxious. He's also usually super enthusiastic, but October was a rough month for him and he's quieter and grumpier than in previous months. Between experimenting with the Door (which fried his brain and scared him pretty good) and some important CR of his coming in during the fourth wall event, he's thoroughly shaken and doesn't quite trust reality these days.

Anyway, Newt's from a version of Earth that's being invaded by massive Godzilla-style aliens called Kaiju, and he's a biologist that studies them. THE biologist, really. He's lowkey highkey obsessed with them, so step right up if you want him to talk your ear off about how awesome and amazing the Kaiju are. There's no Kaiju in Hadriel so that's a bummer (SORT OF???) but there are a lot of crazy weird other species lurking around the islands, which is what he's currently studying. Newt's impulsive and is incredibly dense when it comes to other people's feelings and stuff, but he means well...? Mostly? IDK MAN Newt's a hot mess and is very Extra and has a habit of infuriating everyone around him, but this is mostly due to his unwillingness to rein himself in. Gotta be all Newt all the time, dude.

Physically, he's small (5'7) and screechy and has full body tattoos of various Kaiju done in a mock Yakuza style. Feel free to make fun of him for all of these things.

Notable CR: Newt splits his time between the lab and his house. In the lab, he hangs with the lab staff and his various INTERNS (George, Cashmere, and Michael, all deserving of a better title) who help him with monster/mechanical stuff. At home, he takes care of his budding monster menagerie with the help of his roommate, Semiyon. He had a sort of booty call arrangement with Tucker, but Leu dropped him because she hates me personally and Newt is pretending not to be sad about it.

Current Plans: Newt's main project is his bestiary, which is available to everyone since it's included in the newbie guide. If you'd like to get involved with that or want to help out in the lab in general, feel free to hit up his IC inbox or stop by the lab mingle, where he has a toplevel. Since he's a prominent figure in the lab, I try to toplevel with him in every lab mingle. He can pretty much always use more hands on deck as far as lab/bestiary stuff goes, so I'm sure we can find some way for your character to get involved. Oh, and at his house he has a small monster collection going... At the moment, he has two salamanders, a mimic, a rust monster, six echo flowers, and this cool little thing. He also has a jabberjay from time to time, though he does catch-and-release studies on them so they're not a permanent installment. Aaand finally, my OOC plot plans for the memory sharing event are here!

CR you're looking for: MORE CLOSE CR he has some in the works but I'd like to get him some closer relationships. He's getting real lonely these days, especially in the wake of the fourth wall event. Other than that, I'm really down for anything? Positive and negative CR are both A++!! And as one more idea, he could probably use some help playing zookeeper at his house? If you'd like to get in on the bestiary stuff but your character wouldn't be interested in the sciency lab stuff, that's a good role to fill. He could even just use someone to be his food supplier for them. He mostly feeds everything fish caught from whatever water source the city has at the time but he might need a plan B depending on where the city moves.

About Them: A high school student of fine art. Considered a prodigy in Japanese-style art, Yusuke is the former student of an internationally renowned artist, Ichiryusai Madarame. The Phantom Thieves came to his rescue after allegations of abuse and plagiarism came to light, and Yusuke joined their ranks to fight for justice and steal the hearts of the corrupt, operating under the codename "Fox". His Persona is the outlaw folk hero, Goemon.

Because of his sheltered, restrictive upbringing, Yusuke is socially awkward. He doesn't read others or the mood well, and his peers tend to shun him as strange or eccentric because he does everything in pursuit of #Aesthetic. He's eloquent, old-fashioned (for a teenager), and dramatic... about everything...

Due to his experiences, he tends to distrust adults in general, but especially authority figures, unless they can win his respect.
Notable CR: He's roommates, teammates, and boyfriends with Akira, friends with Komaeda and and is Ianchus' aggressively protective otouto. He's also enemies with Caedra after freezing her for over a month, is a disgruntled patient to Trafalgar Law, and has a few other friends/acquaintances/art muses around!
Current Plans: Yusuke's still lying low after his fight with Caedra, but you're welcome to bother him for the memory sharing event! Hit me up for plotting over here.
CR you're looking for: Sensible friends who can stop him making dumb decisions? Seriously, though, Yusuke's not going to be trying too hard to get new CR but to avoid drawing attention to himself, but I'm here for anyone who might want to learn more about him/figure out he attacked Caedra through seeing some of his memories.

Also someone should give him relationship advice, him and Akira kissed like.... once...... but Yusuke is useless and gay and has no idea what to do?? please help him

About Them: Jason's your average orphan who grew up on the streets. His dad got hauled off to jail early on leaving him to take care of his drug addicted mother till she died of an overdose leaving him on his own. Bruce Wayne took him in when he found him stealing the wheels off the Batmobile, then made him his Robin. Too bad that didn't last long. Long story short, he's an anti-hero with some daddy issues when it comes to Batman. He's a sucker for abused women and children and he has no qualms about killing the scum that deserve it. He uses sarcasm as a coping mechanism preferring to joke about his fucked up life rather than pity it. He’s got a mouth on him and isn’t afraid to use it. He’s often cracking jokes while cracking heads.

About Them: Donut's your typical space marine who loves chantilly lace, back massages and hanging out with the guys! If you've got a problem, then Donut's your man! Oh, he won't help you actually solve your problem, but he's there with alcohol, pastries and loads of pillows to make you comfortable. As for notable features, well... there is his lightish red armor. I suppose that does stand out a bit.
Notable CR: Donut's new so aside from his canonmates he has no notable CR.
Current Plans: Donut is putting together a Brunch so his canonmates can meet his new friend, Left Shark! aka Sharkface aka Terrence Ephemera. He's got a few other people he wants to invite too. Additional Info: Central European Standard Time. I'm an English language teacher who spends over five hours teaching very noisy children and I tend not to tag during the day. When I come back home on the days Monday-Friday I might be able to slip in a tag or two but most of my availability is at the weekends (including boomeranging tags). Strong preference for brackets over logs but I can do either!

About Them: Teenage boy who is titled the Ultimate Lucky Student because he has luck as his talent. Which technically isn't a superpower but it might as well be - ridiculous nonsense tends to happen when he's around (which is more likely to cause problems for others). Komaeda also greatly believes in hope and is ready to encourage people here to fight against despair for the hope of getting out of here!

However, as it turns out, he's also very unstable. Komaeda adores hope to the point of fanatical obsession and will do whatever he can to achieve it, even if it means causing harm to others or himself. That said, he isn't malicious (well unless you do stuff for despair then he hates your guts) - he just isn't able to process the consequences of his actions very easily. A complicated and miserable life has not just helped cause Komaeda to develop his obsession of hope but has also done a massive damage on his self-esteem and personal happiness. He believes he doesn't deserve friends and respect but he is also super lonely, craves friends and people here saying nice things about him here and that they want to be his friend still confuse the shit out of him.

THAT SAID, things are starting to take a more positive direction at the moment. Yusuke found out that he's sick and persuaded him to try and get treatment. He's gonna get checked out but apart from that, I need to find out if there is anyone there who can do cancer and brain diseases.

He's also starting to do things which have made him have a tiny bit of confidence in himself - he got a bit of self defence training from Wash and is learning spells from Harlan and, despite telling himself he'll never be able to improve much, would secretly like to learn enough to do cool things.

So basically there are small steps of development on the way.

Note: Komaeda is from a pretty dark canon which has tons of triggery stuff from it. I've linked it in his permissions post here (Komaeda himself is a walking depression and suicidal trigger). Should you want me to tone down his self-loathing and suicidal talk or not want to interact with him at all, feel free to let me know. I won't be offended in the slightest!

Notable CR: Komaeda has become friends with Akira and Yusuke. He still doesn't get why they like him but he's finally truly realised it in Yusuke's case (although he doesn't get why) and wants do do his best to help those two boys as much as possible. He's also a magic student of Harlan's and being trained by Wash. Drake also sees him as a friend and Komaeda's kept his secret about the brain thing.

Current Plans: Before Komaeda's canon update to Chapter 5, I'd like to play around a little more and up his confidence a little bit since Chapter 5 is a pretty nasty canon point and I don't want him to be exactly the same when he gets updated. He's currently seeking treatment for his illness but will probably not take that into consideration much in the likely event we all end up at the frozen planet. So someone probably needs to stop him.

CR you're looking for: I'm not picky at the moment? More friends to help him get used to the concept, maybe more people where his beliefs can clash (but he might learn something from it in the long term). Maybe some investigative types since Komaeda is the type to just poke his nose in everything.

About Them:
So Scott is something called a Pathfinder, which basically means he's in charge of leading the human ark to find a new home-world. He was actually just the recon specialist on the pathfinding team with his father acting as the Pathfinder, but then he died trying to save Scott and left it up to him instead of his second, which both confuses and frustrates Scott because wow he did not want all of this responsibility from the man he didn't even think believed in him all that much? He's coming from the beginning of canon so he's still confused and low-key panicking about the fate of thousands and thousands of humans in his hands. He also had help from an AI embedded in his head that somehow became "part" of him which now it's not so that's doubly confusing.

Scott is generally always taking things as not-serious as he's able. It's just the way he is and also acts as a coping mechanism for...everything. If he acts like nothing is serious then that means he doesn't have to focus on the gravity of the situation and crumble under the pressure, right? This doesn't always work though because when he's not being a sarcastic ass he gets pretty over emotional, mostly when it comes to his relationships with other people. His app goes into this in detail but he's that guy that wants to tell his friend who's struggling that everything's gonna be fine and have hope and all that stuff. If someone is upset he tends to feel for them too much, which affects his decisions and leads him to making choices with his heart. Granted, out in the field and during a mission he's able to keep a clear head and be logical. It's just when those pesky emotions are thrown into the mix that mess him up sometimes! He's a bit of an adrenaline junkie and loves the idea of adventure and exploration and all that good shit. Overall he's just trying to figure himself out in the middle of figuring out the fate of his people no big deal!!

Also he's something called a biotic which I'll just leave a thing here which explains it far better than my dumb tired brain can. OH and physically he has a tattoo on the right side of his neck. It's kinda future-y...if asked about he'll share the fact that his twin dared him to get it. Then when he did she didn't want to be showed up so she got the same one on the opposite side of her neck.

Notable CR: He just got here but so far the citizens of Hadriel are leaving Quite an impression on him.

Current Plans: I usually leave things open to just see what happens...aside from Scott right now bugging the lab for AI help that's about all I had planned for him? Once he finds out about this potential move he's probably going to want to help people where he can get ready because that's what he does.

CR you're looking for: Scott is young and dumb and especially in his canon point wet behind the ears. It'd be neat for him to get CR with someone who can get him to get his shit together and be a little more responsible...maybe find out about his responsibility, realize he's an absolute bad fit for any kind of leadership role in his current state or something, IDK. Also more peeps to do stupid shit with and take really serious situations unhealthily lightly! People to just get into trouble with. Scott is drawn to two types of people in particular. Really kind people and people who just cause a fuck ton of trouble wherever they go (the latter he doesn't even really realize, honestly). Negative CR also...Scott can be antagonistic if he gets off on the wrong foot with someone. He might apologize depending though because he's a dumb softy at the end of the day.

About Him: Atem is the ancient spirit of a teen Pharaoh (18th Dynasty) who died over 3 000 years ago, but hey, he's kind of alive again due some ancient magic. He's stupidly amazing at any kind of games, having gotten the title of King of Games back home—he's got some ridiculous good luck and he's incredibly hard to beat. He also truly loves people and hates evil with all his heart. Though he can let his pride take the best of him at times, he's still trying to be kinder to others and give people the benefit of the doubt. Over all, he will try his best to make people happy, even at his own expenses.

Notable CR:
☆ Most of the people he used to know got wiped from his memories due some Fourth Wall Event shenanigans, thought he's still bff with Lup, Rey, Carolina, Abigail, George and I'm sure I'm forgetting some people.
☆ He's got shaky CR with Margaery, Ravine, Ianchus, Yusuke, Kain, Akira and other folks (i'M SORRY I FORGOT??) due forgetting them (durrr), but either he'll remember them in due time or just create new memories.

Current Plans: He'll be sharing memories with those close to him and a few friends, he legitimately doesn't have much canon background that's not awful af due canon and he's not exactly a touchy person to make it happen, if you'd want something from him, please let me know and I'll think of something. He's got an open log over here, if that pings you in any way. He's gotten vastly better at glyphcrafting, and he's going to try to cheat against the weather, regardless of where they end up at, he'll imbue his clothes against the elements and will probably ask around if people would like the same done.
When they finally move, he'll go out exploring, no matter if there is anything out there or not or if it's dangerous or not, he might as well ask a friend or two about that (if his husbando isn't up for it), or even go alone and maybe he'll get lost! dundundun

Blessed with the ability to see and affect powers on top of enhanced physical attributes, she's been an athlete from the first moment she could move and can often be found running around the islands or hopping from rooftop to rooftop, despite having given up on her dream of the Olympics at 12 due to the traumatising murder of her parents.

She spent her late teens and early 20s working for a government Agency which was supposed to be about stopping Supernatural powered crime but was more about committing genocide on the Creatures who live underground. After the death of her brother, she ended up part of the group who removed their leader from power (via knives and battles and a lot of bad ideas) and then spent a lot of the next ten years trying to fix the mess they made of the country after the battle was used as an excuse by humans to try and fight against the relatively free lives Superhumans had led up until that point, essentially throwing the UK into a civil war.

The rest of that time, for Kate, was used to train as a Power Analyst and clinic manager before moving to Los Angeles in order to run her own superhuman clinic.

Formerly the person who ran the clinic, she left in order to concentrate more on the mystery of the Door as well as keeping her friend Carlisle from dying. Now that that's done she's... going to have to figure out what she wants to do with all the goddamn time she has in this city.

Notable CR: Grossly in love with her boyfriend, Ignis. Best bros / adoptive sibling of Glacius and forever complicated friends with Carlisle. Likes to drink with Curufin and Jo and basically anyone else who frequents the Speakeasy. Has gotten close to Alphys thanks to the Door investigations and can occasionally be found at the Lab due to interest in the monsters of the month or the magic of Hadriel.

About Them: Harlan is a SORCERER!!! which sounds cooler than he is. He's from a modernized DnD campaign, where he runs an adventuring guild with his pals Tucker and Kyna and spends a lot of time pulling hilarious goofs on his friends instead of actually doing his goddamn job (except he's The Boss now so he actually does his job a lot too). He's calmed down (read: grown up) a lot since landing in Hadriel (thanks in part to a canon update), so now he's like... the tired parent who spends most of his day wrangling his various Responsibilities (that usually come in the form of people). That said, he's super social and loves talking to people, so he doesn't actually mind his role as Team Dad when he's not trying to deal with his own issues. He's a pretty enthusiastic friend and loves supporting his pals, but he can also be super emotional and sometimes has a hard time reining himself in. He can read people pretty well (usually? sometimes sarcasm is lost on him) and he's very straightforward, which... can either be a pro or a con depending on your personal taste. He has zero time for bullshit, but you can trust him to be upfront and honest with you, at least.

Also, quick plug for his permissions and opt-out stuff. Harlan struggles with mental illness, self harm, suicidal thoughts, homicidal urges, and a history of mental and sexual abuse, and he can us magic that messes with people's heads. If you have a minute to let me know what your comfort level is with those things and/or if you would like to avoid tagging him altogether, I'd appreciate it! Esp with this memshare event coming up.

Notable CR: HH came to Hadriel with his buddy/guildmate from home, Kyna. Tucker was here too but he's gone now, RIP Tucker, Harlan misses him. Current Plans: THIS IS ABOUT TO BE SO LONG I'M SORRY... Harlan is a little bit involved in a lot of things at the moment. He's dealing with the fallout of the Leo/Visitor fight which is not a super well known thing but Leo put up a network post about it so HH is sweating, he's recently signed up to be an on-call healer/emergency transporter with the clinic, and then there's the memory share event coming up. I've got a plotting comment for that here, so that's mainly where HH's open stuff will be for the month. Aside from that, he spends most of his time helping Del at the bakery, taking care of the weed garden, or milling around near the Silent Hill area... but really he can be found like anywhere in town because he gets bored easily. I'd be happy to set something up if you'd like to run into him in any of those places. He's also been known to text random numbers out of the blue when he's bored, so we could set that up too LOL. AND ALSO Harlan has been teaching magic to a couple of people and is more than willing to offer those skills to others that show an interest. Here's his spell list, and he has sent around his IC spell list to a few people, though it's not publicly available anywhere. That said, he's on the publicly available (it's on the newbie guide) list of teachers for both magic and guitar, so your character is welcome to poke him after seeing his name there.

Last thing of note: Harlan's in the process of dealing with The Caedra Situation given that it earned like 298347234 network posts last month. He's got a plan to try and talk her out of future murder sprees and shit like that, i.e. using diplomacy instead of the constant "she attacks us, so we attack her, then she retaliates, so we retaliate, rinse repeat". This isn't happening until December when Lauren returns from hiatus, but if it goes well, HH will post to the network to let everyone know she's not a threat or whatever the result is and to ask people to leave her alone so we can have some fuckin peace around here!!!

CR you're looking for: I'm down for anything, which is not helpful! HH has a good mix of CR at the moment and I don't have any big holes I'm looking to fill. But in the interest of not making you do all the work, here are some ideas: you could hit him up for magic or guitar lessons, you could call on him for some kind of emergency since he's now on the clinic roster, you could go exploring in the Silent Hill area with him... There's always the random texting option too, and he'll have a toplevel at the memshare event.

I'm on board with both negative and positive CR, too! I wouldn't mind more negative CR but, warning, HH can be kind of intense. We can always talk shit out beforehand/as it's happening to make sure it goes in the direction we want it to, too. Also, he has a few of these relationships already, but I like using him to sort of lowkey dad people? Come here surrogate children HH will support you as you work through problems and idk play catch with you or something. HH is a great character to help push other characters through development stuff. If you're looking for someone to help your character with x issue or get them to develop in a certain way or whatever, I'm totally down to use Harlan to help with that!!
