About Them: Evil genocidal ginger. He destroyed five planets, did evil things and is just generally all around a neurotic mess. He's always on time though? And he's good at building technology. He's been here before but a lot has changed.
Notable CR: Who do they hang out with? He's just returned so right now he's settling in and figuring out what's going on. He has some CR remaining here, I believe.
Current Plans: Right now he's settling in, finding a place to live, and exploring what's changed in the city.
