About Them: he's what happens when you cross Sam Spade with Johnny Five. Being a detective, he errs on the good side of morality, but occasionally gets his hands dirty to get a job done. He's currently head of the Guard in Hadriel (albeit a bit reluctantly), and spends a lot of his time doing paperwork and surveillance on the network. He looks like this! He's also missing all the synthetic skin on one hand, so it's no surprise people can tell he's a machine.

He currently has a limp, and occasionally is seen out and about with a cane, like the old man he is.

Notable CR: He lives with pretty-much-his-daughter Rey, and they have a three-legged, one-eyed cat named Tripod. He's often with the Guard and can be found either patrolling the streets or in the HQ, and is aware of all the members, even if he hasn't gotten the chance to really get to know them. Keeps in close contact with his fellow mechanical buddy Oscar, and has recently gotten on better terms with his brother, DiMA. Aside from that, he knows who most folks are around town, even if only in passing or on the network.

Current Plans: Having come to better terms with being the leader of the Guard, he's going to work on trying to put some further order to the organization, mostly in the event he randomly explodes. He's also going to work on getting the town a little more security in case some weird nautiloids come back, some weird shape-shifting robots invade again, or both. In more personal news, he's working on opening up to people who aren't his immediate family -- it's a work in progress.

As some of you know, December was also a rough month for me so I kinda fell off the RP wagon for a bit but I'm slowly getting back on. Sorry for any super late tags you might get and let me know if there's anything you want to continue/drop.

About Them: Disaster gay with a heart of gold and a language more colorful than the rainbow. She's got a load of fabricated memories belonging to different women who were soldiers and/or assassins because robot brain and stuff. Yay war trauma.

She's got a lot of intentionally-inflicted scars on her face. Also has the ability to not-so-spontaneously combust herself and things around her and manipulate heat, making her the perfect cuddle buddy in these icy climes if you can get her to sit still long enough.

Runs the Speakeasy and welcome dance nights for the newbies on the intro logs. Here is the most recent one!

Notable CR: Lives with local dadbot Nick Valentine. Oscar is her unclebot twice removed from some other robot thing she would normally hate but miraculously doesn't. Friends with Rosie, Alphys, Sharon da Silva, Laura Palmer, and Carlisle Longinmouth.
Rey is still technically part of the Guard in a near-unofficial capacity, so some of them might know of her.
You might also catch a mutant cat around her named Tripod and he is a good monster boy.

Current Plans: I don't really have much plans this month, so I'm willing to go with whatever. Rey has mostly been out scouting the land or running the Speakeasy.
Speaking of which, in addition to the mingle thread that I just got up, Rey is also looking for new helpers for the Speakeasy/Game Room via network post if anyone wants to get in on that.

CR you're looking for: Honestly with the CR that Rey has lost recently, I'd like to look for new people that can probably help lift her up a little bit. But as usual, I do love me some soldiers, robots (it's complicated), and just characters who are in general the opposite of the kinda person Rey is.
As of this month she's also been around for three gosh darn years now and so that makes her a very good source of information for those who want to know about the game history.

Current Plans: Donut moved out of Blue House last month during the 'Your Best Enemy' Event. He hated all his friends and moved out. Ever since the event ended he went back to adoring his friends and was bugging hinting at them to throw him welcome home party. However, once the 'It's a Wonderful Life' Event happened he got hit hard because he was all alone through most of it. Near the end of the event, he ended up moving back into Blue House so he wouldn't be alone anymore. Once the event ended, he felt more like himself and stopped crying so much except during movie nights when they played scary movies! Now that he's no longer feeling so heartbroken, he'll be moving back to his house at the end of January. It'll be like the child moving out of his parents house even though he's 27! Also, once he moves back, he'll be blatantly hinting at his friends to throw him a welcome home party again. Aside from that, I've got no other plans for Donut aside from letting him loose on you all!
CR you're looking for: Friends! He's a social butterfly so please give him all the friends! Anti-social people he can rope into his antics! I'm suuper open to enemies! But it'll have to be mostly on the other person b/c Donut doesn't consider people enemies unless they legit shoot at him first! But if you've got a character that will do that then I am so here for that! In the end, he won't hold any hard feelings for them! As soon as they stop trying to 'shoot' at him, he'll totally want to be friends with them!

About Them: A short ball of pink hair with even shorter responses, Kate has been here Far Too Long and is more than a little tired of constantly being dragged into these kinds of dramatic stories. She old, Hadriel. No longer working at the clinic, Kate is frequently found running around the rooftops, practicing archery or combat skills, or trying to puzzle out the mystery of The Door even now.

Just offer her something alcoholic the next time you see her in the Speakeasy and she'll be happy to attempt conversation.

Notable CR: Her main boys will always be Ignis, Glacius and Carlisle, but she is grateful to see her bitching buddy Emily back in the city. She's longtime friends with Jo and getting to know Alphys more in recent months. Lup, Cecily and Sharon have all been good drinking buddies and / or fighting friends and Tyki, Poison and Mogget all intrigue her. Despite no longer working at the clinic, she's still rather fond of its staff.

Honestly, she has probably talked to most people at one point or another. Girl gets around.

Current Plans: At the moment, I'm tagging her around the intro log, but later in the month she's going to go explore the planet a bit with a few friends.

About Them: An intelligent, practical person who sometimes takes himself too seriously and occasionally has trouble reading the humour of other people. Ignis is young but a well-trained fighter, as well as a proficient chef. He is highly intelligent and knows it, has a dry/sarcastic sense of humour and a tendency to gloat when he's proven right, but is an all-around decent guy and someone who is good to have as a friend - unfailingly loyal and always willing to supply a fantastic meal.

He grew up mostly under the eye of the royal line of Lucis, placed by the crown prince's side as his retainer from the age of six and given a very high-quality education. While this didn't impact on his social skills quite as one might expect, he does tend to behave in a more 'proper' way than most until he's known a little better.

Notable CR: His longest and closest friend Noctis, his girlfriend Kate, and his new canonmate Iris are up in the top tiers, with the likes of Akira, Cecily and several members of the Guard that he doesn't know too well yet coming in after that. He's also been working a little more on getting better acquainted with the likes of Nick and Carlisle.

Current Plans: No current big plans for the game this month, though I'd like him to get involved in some monster-hunting. Unfortunately missed the RNG signups as I wasn't in a good place so couldn't guarantee I'd be around, but it would be odd for Ignis not to do something. I'm also planning to canon update him at the end of this month, which will take him to just before his fight with Ardyn in Altissia for those who are canon-familiar.

CR you're looking for: I would love for Ignis to get some friends who can help him to loosen up a little. He's 22 years old and very rarely gets a chance to act his age. I'd also love some sparring partners, people who appreciate good coffee, and people who can handle a good snark-off without getting offended. Also, puns. Bring me puns.

While generally polite to people he doesn't know, Adam usually stays distant - it takes him awhile to warm up to someone, but he's very stubborn and ambitious and pretty clever. Adam is good at planning, logical thinking, hard work, and being surprisingly patient with assholes. He does have a bit of a hidden temper, as well as a tendency toward ruthlessness and brutal practicality. He can't really fight, but can provide basic first aid, strategic help, and some mechanical and magical knowledge. Win him over and he is a fiercely loyal friend, ready to blackmail your enemies, help you bury a body, lend you his history notes, and call you on your shit.
Notable CR: Living with his boyfriend/roommate/pain in his ass who he loves Ronan. He's got a few friends floating around the city, but hasn't been getting out much.
Current Plans: I'd love to tag around more, get him out to meet some new people. Thanks to a busy IRL, Adam's been sidelined - when I have time for game stuff, it needs to be modwork, and when I have time for tags NPCs need to come first. So I have no firm plans for Adam but would love to get him out there more.

maine is basically a wrecking ball in human form. he's driven by rage, hatred, loyalty, and a profound sense of purpose. beneath all that anger, he cares deeply for those close to him and would give his life for theirs without hesitation. it just takes a lot of digging to get to the part that, y'know, actually gives a shit. (for more on his personality, check out his app.)

outside of his ~fancy armor~, maine is 7 ft tall, 400+ pounds, and built like he could throw a car. he's currently always wearing his armor, which bumps him up to 7'4" and makes him a hell of a lot stronger. (for more info, check out his first impressions post.)

recently, maine suffered a severe throat injury that left him unable to speak. he communicates through body language, grunts, growls, and typing a few words at a time on his phone. he's currently struggling (a lot) to accept that he's a person with a disability. (ftr, i am not interested in restoring his voice at this time.)

Notable CR: often hangs out with Agents Carolina and Washington. he's met (and even liked!) some others, but those are the only two he calls friends. notable negative cr is with Sharkface/Ephemera.

Current Plans: right now, maine is trying to adjust to life in hadriel and figure out wtf he's supposed to do with himself since he's evidently stuck. i'm not planning on top-leveling to any event this month (/gestures at the rl plans above!), BUT i definitely want to throw him at more characters!! currently planning on hitting up network posts throughout the month & tagging into other people's event top-levels. lmk if you'd like to do something! :)

CR you're looking for: patient characters, i guess? maine can be a stubborn son of a bitch. uhhh for positive cr: those who treat him warmly/kindly can cut through the initial aloofness relatively quickly, since maine's typically disarmed by what is, to him, very unusual behavior.

About Them: In a nutshell, Keith's a reformed delinquent with trust/abandonment issues and walls up to the moon that's presently dealing with a major sense of displacement. He's a CRAU from a murder game where he's watched a whole lot of people he liked die, and he's grappling with the fact that he's in a clone body with duplicated memories. He's totally fine. Outside of his tendency to be kinda emo, he's pretty serious, a little linefacey, a little socially awkward. He knows how to pilot, he knows how to fight, he used to be a former spy and has a large space wolf that can teleport.
Notable CR: What is this "hangig out" you speak of. Haha, jokes aside, he appreciates a few people here, but he mostly keeps to himself. With Lance and Shiro in the game now though, those two are who he mostly hangs around.
Current Plans: Keith wants to learn more about the overarching lore of Hadriel. He wants to learn more about the Null and will probably end up joining the city guard once he decides he'll be more cooperative. That said, I generally need to get him more involved in projects.
CR you're looking for: Honestly everything. I'm up for all kinds of CR -- good, bad, and everything in between. I'm down for him making a new friend or developing downright HATRED for people, too. Sparring buddies are always super appreciated!

About Them: A 5-foot cheerful bubbly fun-loving demon who actually just wants to kill every last one of you and have a great time doing it! She's full of anger and hatred and might just turn into a walking disaster of poor impulse control and unnecessary violence at any moment. Get her positive side though and she'll probably share a drink and make sarcastic commentary about how awful all of you are.
Notable CR: Somehow she hasn't run off Law or Semiyon yet, and Sanji is her personal servant as far as she's concerned, while Ivar has returned recently and she previously considered him some kind of weird mortal son. She loves to torment Nate in vaguely threatening ways, she still hasn't killed Laura, and she's accepted that Rey is not just interesting but also helpful sometimes.
Current Plans: Caedra has no extremely concrete plans of her own right now except that she definitely wants to kill one of the tentacle beasts - and if she finds out they're, say, the last remnants of the hosts, she'll definitely want to kill all of them. In the meantime she's waiting on Law and a few others to be ready for a longer expedition outside the city.
CR you're looking for: I'd love for her to re-meet people she talked to during the CR swap and see how they get on now! Other than that, if you enjoy negative CR, she's your girl.

About Them: She's a teenage necromancer (who doesn't like the undead, but can sense and control them) from a fantasy kingdom who has some familiarity with 1920's technology. Oh, and she's also something of a magical generalist, but all her magic wrecks technology. Also she's good with a sword and works necromancy through magical bells.

The initial impression she gives off is of a friendly, slightly old fashioned and rather serious person who's eager to help- unless you're undead or she considers you a threat, in which case she can be rather spooky.
Notable CR: None yet, but she is canonmates with the Disreputable Dog and Mogget, though she only knows Mogget at her current canon point.
Current Plans: Intro her! Have her meet other magic users and learn there are people made of technology, and she doesn't want to break them! Have her try to get information out of the Dog and Mogget.

Almost always down for a fight or an adventure, Nate likes to live precariously close to the edge, though he's lately reined that in a bit more than he used to. A friendly and amiable guy who likes puns and effectively serves as a walking disaster area. Stereotypical Handsome Man(TM) blithely unaware of his own handsomeness. Enjoys puzzles. Ask him about his extensive experience with breaking the law, you won't regret it.
Notable CR: Besides his wife, there's the Taaco twins, Lance Sweets, and Nick Valentine, who he's sort of secretly working for. Currently keeping tabs on Caedra Nisariel (onefear.jpg), Trafalgar Law, and Armitage Hux.
Current Plans: Nate has been exploring the landscape and the ruins that pockmark it. On top of that, he keeps pretty accurate maps on the city that he needs to be better about sharing. Spends time at Staci Pratt's range. Needs to keep busy or he'll get cabin fever.

About Them: A former soldier turned mercenary who survived getting a building dropped on him, who then survived what would have otherwise been a TPK, spent a fair amount of time in prison seething about it, and subsequently devoted himself entirely to revenge. He's since mellowed. Slightly. Most of his face is covered in burn scars, most heavily on the left side, and he's missing that eye. Heavily tattooed, usually wandering around in a full suit of power armor. He's hopelessly dramatic, but sincere with the people that he cares about.
Notable CR: Drake is his partner, he's BFFs with Lup, and fond of Kyna and Lance. He's got a complicated and evolving relationship with the rest of the Blues.
Current Plans: Ephemera has mellowed out significantly since getting dropped into Hadriel and is looking for some ways to quietly contribute to the community beyond working in the Guard. Anyone want painting lessons?

About Them: Pell is a sweet if slightly whiny magical hermaphrodite from a post-apocalyptic future. He genuinely sees the best in people and wants to help everyone, though is a little jaded at this point because he knows his future and it's not good. Still, he tries!!! He's always curious about people and their life experiences. He was a farmer most of his life and has a vegetable garden out by Confusion's temple, and magic-wise is inclined towards healing so makes himself as useful as possible at the clinic/making house calls. At this point he's been in Hadriel for almost three years and when Kate stepped down recently he took over clinic operations.
Notable CR: Jo and George and Julie and Peter are family, Emily is also back and like a sister to him. Things are always weird with Will. He should at least know anyone associated with the clinic... he's bonding slowly with Carlisle and maybe Adam.
Current Plans: Keeping up with clinic stuff! She's generally polite, if sometimes a little socially awkward - she's been pretty isolated for a long time and is a little shy by nature. Brilliant, great at keeping secrets, exceptionally accomplished wizard, not good at foresight or thinking through the consequences of her actions.
Notable CR: No one yet - her relationship with the rest of her cast is probably gonna be It's Complicated for a while whoops it's fine.

Current Plans: Sanji is currently crying alone in his ice cellar because visions of dead pirates. Maybe I'll make a log for that. People can just walk in, awkwardly grab their dinner, and tiptoe back out.

However, Shiro's fatal flaw is that despite being tired, he has no idea how stop giving 150% at all times. Currently he only has his left arm and a broken prosthetic on his right shoulder.
Notable CR: Shiro is new here, but he's close to Keith from his world. If you know Keith? You'll get to know Shiro. Alternatively, if you get to know Lance, you will likewise get to know Shiro soon after.

About Them:
Scott is something called a "Pathfinder" for the Initiative. Basically, The Initiative took a bunch of alien races on their own respective arks and left the Milky Way to find a new home in the Andromeda galaxy. Each ark has a pathfinder responsible for getting them to their new homes. The thing with Scott is that his father was the original human pathfinder, and a big name to boot, but following his father's death (he sacrificed himself to save Scott) he left the job of Pathfinder to him, much to literally everyone's dismay. Including Scott's. He wasn't trained for it. Someone else was already in line for it. As a result he feels like he's just stumbling his way through this whole Pathfinder thing and he's in no way confident of his new position.

He's a young guy, only 22, and he's pretty immature. He's also still finding himself, learning how to grow into his own, which often leads him to have a crises here and there. He makes a lot of stupid jokes because it's just what he does, but it's also a coping mechanism, so there's almost never a situation where he can't find a way to slip in a sarcastic comment here and there. That being said, he's emotional as all hell. There's almost never a "oh, Scott's just being a little emotional". He tends to go full tilt straight away. Happy, sad, angry, whatever. This is most notable when it comes to his relationship with others, platonic as well as romantic. It's safe to say if you make a friend in Scott you're stuck with him until you tell him to screw off as he takes his friendships/relationships very seriously.

Scott doesn't like to fight because everywhere he turns someone is trying to kill him. He's mostly into the idea of exploring and learning new things about new places, people, species, etc. The whole reason he signed on to the Initiative was for exploration and adventure, so Hadriel so far is not as shitty as it could be, at least if he didn't have all this baggage he has to carry with him. Appearance wise, the only notable thing about him aside from the fact that he looks like he might be in a boy band is his tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Notable CR: I'm still getting my bearings with Scott, but right now he's slowly bonding with Wash, he's super bonding with Peter, he finds Tyki pretty amusing for better or worse, Alphys and Newt tried to help him with his AI problem so they automatically get put on his 'cool people' radar...and he kind of immediately grew fond of Ruby because she seems like a sweet kid. Scott is just a big stupid teenager himself, apparently. There are a few who are in the process of leaving an impression on him as well, and I'm probably forgetting some...but that's the gist of it!

Current Plans: Scott is going to spend most of his time exploring and trying to learn about the environment and also the people living in it. That means you, Hadriel. He's also joining the guard, so that's on top of the usual guard duties.

CR you're looking for: Fellow explorers, people to make stupid jokes with, people who can balance out Scott's ridiculous attitude. People with experience in leadership roles and having your life constantly spiral out of control who can school him on how to deal with it without losing his goddamn mind? About Them: Absolutely terrible. He's a pirate captain, a genius surgeon, and an all-around jerkface. He doesn't make friends, the only factor with Law is How Useful Are You? He knows the value of not antagonizing his allies but let's be real this is also the asshole who told one of his patients to just go and die already in canon. First impressions for notable visual cues.
Notable CR: Caedra, Michael, Rey, Lance, Harlan is finally on the I Don't Hate You list! Fingon's still a bro. Doesn't totally hate Yusuke. A good half of the city he's doesn't openly antagonize but would only classify them as acquaintances. A lot of his older CR is gone which leaves a pretty open slate for getting to know him, whether that turns out positive or negative.
Current Plans: Nosing around everything that went on with Harlan, and the fallout. Suggested to Knock Out that there may be someone (Name) who needs a body. He's got plans within plans within plans but he never tells anyone about them so a lot of what's ahead is going to depend on events and plots as they come up, but it's fair to say he's interested in exploring this planet, finding the natives, and doing his best to figure out in exactly which manner they will be of the most use to him and his one real goal: going home.

He and Caedra took a short trip toward the mountains but didn't get far, but he now has a much better idea of just how difficult a journey on foot is going to be in terms of supplies, endurance, distance, etc. He's also testing various lichens for medicinal use.
CR you're looking for: nothing special so come at him. He does well with professional peers, so medical and science types come closer. An excellent way just to meet him and feel him out is through medical care, whether momentary injury or long-term care. Anything else is fair game but comes with the caveat that he really is a jerk and also allergic to fun so he doesn't really loosen up or make friends. I also do really enjoy negative CR so if you'd rather make enemies of him, let's do it.
Notes: Permissions also good for seeing how broken his Devil Fruit is. He's OP even for OP, which might be fun in plots?

About Them:Sonya is a Special Forces army officer, and one of the few warriors deemed worthy by the gods to defend Earthrealm. She's survived the death-match martial tournament, being trapped in an enemy realm, and to date has fought and assisted in defending Earth against several mass invasions. Thanks to these experiences, she's not the easiest or warmest people to get along with, but she doesn't go entirely out of her way to push people away either; more, she's;s pragmatic and prefers to keep a professional demeanor. Having very view friends outside the force, those she does keep in contact with are almost treated like family; any loss or pain they feel, she takes it on herself and does what she can to try and offer relief-or at the very least will ask who's ass she needs to kick.

Coming in from a canon update, Sonya was forced to lead an army against not just an invading realm, but against former allies of hers as well, and while they've managed to free some of them from the Enemy's power, she can never forget what they went through, or the fact that some are still trapped. This, combined with the mass number of losses she's experienced, never diagnosed there are hints that Sonya's developed Survivors Guilt after the Outworld and Nether realm invasion, taking the form of vivid nightmares, insomnia, stress headaches and the constant worrying about future attacks. Years in the military will mean she rarely speaks of her traumas, seeing it as pointless, and almost a weakness.

A member of the special forces, Sonya's seen her fair share of combat (and loss), and earned a number of physical scars in the process. Her right leg is covered in old burn scars from an ambush in a raid, while her left shoulder bears both an old stab wound (once more a lucky shot) as well as what look like laser burns from those who know what to look for. Most of Sonya's clothing is in the form of pants and shirts with sleeves, so unless she's dressing up or down for something, it's unlikely they'll be in plain view.

Sonya's also arrived just a month or so after having given birth, so to those who spend a lot of time with her would notice a slight difference in her build. Being military means her health would've already been watched and monitored so as to not gain so much babyweight, but outside of heavy winter gear and the discerning eye it would still be noticeable.

Notable CR: Margery Tyrell, Sansa Stark, Daenarys Targaren, Viking pups, Anyone on the Force, people in the training area.

Current Plans: In her mind, Sonya's been gone for some years, right now she's trying to get settled, connect with others. She knows now if she's sent back home, it'll be as though she's never left, but she would now be looking for any way to get back home.
At some point, I do plan on her starting a proper hunting party.

About Them: Shigeru is a mysophobic mute with the powers to breakdown and rebuild anything at the subatomic level. He's a doctor back home and a special operative so he has experience with fighting monsters and people a like. He himself can also turn into a monster?! Uh if he gets stressed out too much or uses his powers too much it makes his gate, something that allows him to tap into his power, decline and corrupt. So he's basically a ticking time bomb who is a sweet cinnamon roll!
Notable CR: Cleaning supplies. No, but none as of yet. He does hang around the clinic more often than not.
