About Them: Rhys has a mechanical arm and a glowy blue robot eye that can tell him super valuable information, like how tall someone is, or how stylish their outfit might be. He isn't necessarily a bad guy, but he's ambitious, self-serving, can err a little too far on the greedy side, and is not generally the kind of person you want on your side in a fight. THAT BEING SAID, he's also pretty loyal once you get to know him, he can think well under pressure if he has to, and he's pretty good with computers.

He also has a mostly-dormant AI of his dead boss installed in his brain. I don't play this up too much, but it's a fun little fact that sometimes he hallucinates the guy who he used to idolize, and aforementioned guy basically tells him to go choke on a dick because he's so lame.
Notable CR: Hey, the guy his AI is based off of(kiddos) is now in Hadriel as well as the chick who killed him(cashlin), the guy who helped her kill him (attagirl), and the crazy guy who helped her kill him(fleshing). Rhys is now armed with his BEST FRIEND(atlasio) the accountant, his OTHER FRIEND(bluffed) the con artist with a derringer, his NEW FRIEND (murderpotato), a one-armed giant potato, and his OTHER NEW FRIENDS, a teenage girl (cowardley) and a robot who has difficulty feeling things(circumitis).

tl;dr rhys is gonna die
Current Plans: I was planning on letting Rhys lay a little low during the Dreamwalker event since it's gonna be pretty big for my other character. Still though, it could be a fun opportunity for Rhys to walk into other people's dreams and maybe freak out, or for Rhys to have a few dreams of his own and show off his priorities! (hint: you're gonna be disappointed)
CR you're looking for: Anything! He's got a good blend of 'people who tolerate him' and 'people who want to kill him' going right now. Maybe some more nerd friends? c:

I know these two have presumably seen one another at the power station and have probably had some small chit chat, but they need to have a good conversation one of these days. I also have no idea if Nick would be hackable if Jack ever wanted to be a dick, but that's a thing that we could keep in our back pockets if we ever wanted to pursue something antagonistic.

I would definitely like to do that! You bring up a very interesting idea with Nick potentially being hackable... if we're able to, then I'd love to play something like that out somehow. Maybe we can try building up to Jack seeing Nick as a body that he can inhabit and control, since Nick is wholly robotic?

Either way, it would take a little work with threading and stuff, but I'm so there!

Hey, long-term planning is my jam! I kid you not. You can ask Sydney, who has had to suffer through me quietly working my way toward a single plot point for LITERALLY YEARS.

Not that it has to take years, but you know. I love crap like this, and what's the point in playing a robot if you're not going to play with stuff you only get from playing robots, like "Is that synthetic dick hackable?"

So yesssssssssss. Let's have these two have an actual conversation at some point so we can start working our way there, because if you are down, I am 10000000% down. >:)

Haha, no I totally get it! I can especially imagine it as something more sinister, as Rhys now is starting to realize that he definitely wants to be rid of Jack... so if Jack can convince him to sabotage Nick-

Augh, I'm making myself sad here, but YES this could potentially be really awesome, plus, a great way to side-shuffle AI Jack out of play, since his presence alone increases Rhys' mortality rate by about 800% tbh. We'll have to make them start talking more for this! c:

actually though yeah i loved the text thread they had. dumb humor + dark situations + casual pessimism is kind of the best. I'LL HOLD YOU TO IT.

I don't mean to totally rip off what I did in Ax, but once Glacius picks a place to settle down, any assistance in helping keep it cool would be very appreciated--and that could be a good way to get more CR with them rolling. We could either handwave that interaction or thread it out, depending on your schedule and wants. Aside from that I just desire more of Rhys introducing him to human culture and confusing him hopelessly in the process, and the awkward shenanigans that result. ;w;

That sounds totally doable! I'm sorry that I'm slower in Hadriel than I was in Ax- modwork and changes at my job and stuff has slowed me down a bit, but I'd still love to do things! I don't mind having Hadriel-Rhys try to figure out how to keep Glacius cold at all, and you know I'm always game for Rhys trying to introduce this poor alien to more pop culture.

Pfff, it's totally alright--I always get mind-boggled by how much mod work there is to do, so I should really just be thanking you for everything you do for Hadriel. :> I don't mind the wait and am happy to thread when you have time! I'll let you know when he settles in an actual home, then, so that Rhys can help him out.
