About Them: Very tall elf noblewoman who likes a good fight -- the more likely it is to get her killed the better. The fact she's not dead yet has mostly to do with distractions and being very good with a sword. Cheerful, but she probably assumes she's superior to you because most of you are children and don't even have magic. (Not that she can use sorcery off-world.)
Notable CR: She's brand new! So very little CR.
Current Plans: Hilarious mis-understandings about slang and puzzling over rules of honor in Hadriel to figure if she's being insulted, and if she want to dignify the rabble with a response. Tazendra dislikes fighting people she can easily kick the ass off (or thinks she can). She'll be much happier later in the month when Hope asks folks to go hunt down monsters: that is a thing she can do!
CR you're looking for: Friends are good, as well as people willing to take Tazendra down a notch and challenge her. (Maybe not literally unless you want to fight, but figuratively speaking.) Or people who are just as biased against elves (or warrior women). Or someone who figures out that Tazendra's species are actually genetically engineered from baseline humans (expect to be disbelieved; she's not related to you all).

About Them: LMAO. Sharon da Silva isn't as much of a bitch as she likes to act, but rather she's using the act as a way to protect herself from possible ~feelings~ or hurt (really, the moment someone says something that hurts her, she's done with you). She's incredibly loyal to the people she views as her friends, even if she's still trying to find a way to settle into the idea that she even has friends.
Notable CR: She's particularly close with Cecily Trevalyan, Kate Galloway, Bianca, and Rey.
Current Plans: Since her Silent Hill fail, Sharon has been avoiding pretty much any place that gets too crowded. She's out during the night time hours most of the time, and may or may not be hiding in the bubble of Silent Hill when she's not out.

She will be out "beautifying" the city by placing Tim Burton-esque images of the events that have occurred in random, common locations. She will also be doing a mural in memory of her mother, the only actual beautiful thing she'll paint because fuck you, Hope.

About Them: Adam is intelligent, practical, polite to strangers though not particularly good with people, and very cautious about getting close to anyone. Also just cautious in general - hey, someone has to be. Last month he disappeared for a canon update that brought him nearly to the end of his canon, resolved some issues, and brought up other new and shiny ones. So he's been dealing with that. He's also pretty constantly dealing with the physical and emotional abuse of his past, which makes it difficult for him to trust and open up to people. On top of that, he made a weird bargain with a magical forest that gave him some vague and rather undefined powers that make him hallucinate sometimes. However, if you take the time to make friends with him, you'll end up with a very loyal, sometimes kind, occasionally ruthless friend. He's great at planning and has sometimes questionable morals. Word of God from the author places him firmly in Slytherin.
Notable CR: Those folks from home: Gansey, his king and best friend. Noah, dearly departed but actually still hanging around. Blue, ex-girlfriend and switchblade bearer. Henry, Gansey's new friend with the hair. Ronan, current boyfriend and #1 thug farmer of the year. He's also making friends in Hadriel - Arya is the closest, but he's getting to know Sharon, Sam, Nick, and assorted others!
Current Plans: If you want missent texts or anything during the Rage event, let me know. He'll be helping out with city beautification later in the month, too! Otherwise, he really does try to keep himself busy - he helps out at the clinic more or less daily, as well as spending time in the orchard and out scavenging stuff. He generally avoids the caves and the colosseum since he can't fight, but could be stumbled upon at many other places in the city. hmu if you want anything!
CR you're looking for: Anyone who can get him to chill and have a little fun sometimes! While Adam is hard to get really close to, he'll always be polite at first, and he can warm up to people over time for sure. Anyone who's willing to stick it out past the carefully polite wariness is appreciated. Negative CR is also welcome, but can be more difficult because Adam will just avoid people he doesn't like.

About Them: Castiel is an angel, but rn he is a wide eyed innocent guy wearing a tan trenchcoat over blue medical scrubs. He has a whole host of awesome cool powers which are presently muted in a lot of ways because he was traumatized by idk almost getting all of humanity eaten by monsters. Sorry about that. In any case, he's still pulling himself together, and consequently he's a massive pacifist even though it's super unhelpful when there are monsters to battle. He does however have perspective on gods and divinity and idk other stuff, but he also misses nature, particularly bees.
Notable CR: He lives with Sam and Dean Winchester in tower one where he doesn't sleep, and now he also spends a couple of hours of every day hanging out at the clinic, helping out where he can i.e. why have these medical supplies been reordered into the alphabetical order of their chemical components etc. Otherwise he sits outside meditating or something.
Current Plans: God idk maybe he will send dumb text messages to people this month intentionally. He is just slowly opening up to people a little more, thanks to Dean helping him out. He'll be meditating more with his buddy too, and hanging out more at the clinic. I'm so much fun, obviously.
CR you're looking for: Friends, people to heal, people who are praying! Castiel can hear prayers so that's a thing. I would love for that to mean spontaneous new CR! He also might be up for long chats with people who have emotional problems of their own in order to avoid discussing his own issues, which have been far too out in the open recently in his opinion.

About Them: One you've met Kamina, he's impossible to forget, and not always in a good way. He's loud, impulsive, full of big ideas and more into charging in headfirst than planning things out. He manages to survive by being incredibly lucky, very agile, and something of a combat savant. He might come off as cocky, but he's also incredibly loyal and big-hearted, and will help a stranger in a heartbeat. Physically, he's also hard to miss: he's just over six feet with bright blue hair and red eyes, is covered in blue tattoos that are marred on his left side front and back with scars, and tends to run around shirtless. Maybe he's wearing his cape. He's always wearing his sword.
Notable CR: Currently lives with Amos and his invisible roommate Maketh; he's not home very often. He and Nick are constantly at odds, chances are half of Hadriel's heard them yelling at each other at some point; Wanda is probably the person that understands him best. Krieg is his new cave buddy! His favorite bros keep leaving him. :( Z :(
Current Plans: Currently, Kamina's trying to settle back into the flow of the city after getting lost exploring again! I definitely want him to take a proper go at forming a new Team Gurren, so if you wanna come run with an energetic dumbass who thinks he can still punch his way outta Hadriel, let's combine our manly spirits, etc. He is going to be active for the misfire event! About Them: Hadriel's resident traumatized preteen assassin. Arya is wary, mistrustful, rude, stab-happy but also curious, loyal, and a champion of dick jokes. She's got a host of identity issues, pent-up grief, a fun revenge quest, and can be found around town on training and supply runs.
Notable CR: Arya is close with Adam, Cashmere, Cecily, Bruce, and has lately been branching out a little more since some of her CR left the city. Lately she's also been hanging with Cullen, Hermann, Wade, Damen, and reconnecting with her sister.
Current Plans: I'd love to keep branching out on CR! Arya will probably be sending a few macabre messages in other languages in the lost in translation event. She'll be more active during the extinction event, where she'll organize a hunting party. Why sacrifice monsters to Hope when you can eat them yourself? She'll also be helping watch the clinic and looking out for the people she's close to, as per usual.
CR you're looking for: Everything! Building CR can be a slower process with Arya since she's so hesitant to trust people, but I as a player always love it. :) The Sorrow event has brought Arya's issues with unprocessed grief up somewhat and I'd like her to start working through it over these next few months, so hit me up if you're interested in that! Arya also has some supernatural ability stuff to experiment with if that interests you, and is always willing to train with people or help them become better fighters. About Them: Reclusive little genius detective who isn't precisely the most moral sort. He's manipulative, passive-aggressive . . . but also generally a pretty passive, almost emotionally-dead, paranoid recluse who only gives a legitimate crap about one person. He's also five-foot-nothing and is super skinny, has white hair and wears a really dumb oversized coat that covers the bottom half of his face when he deigns to go outside. (Did I mention he was paranoid? Yeeeaah.) He may be 20, but you could easily mistake him for about twelve or so. He wouldn't even be surprised.
Notable CR: He hangs with Mello. Well. Not that this has really been seen publicly because they've kept it on the down-low. But yeah, that's his favourite person. Yes, his taste in people is extremely questionable. He doesn't exactly go out in public much, so his other most significant CR at this point includes . . . Ai and Ushahin.
Current Plans: He is being his damn reclusive self. He lives with Mello, technically, but with Mello on the run, Near does have to leave the house for supplies and stuff. It's going to be tough for him to give enough of a crap to actually do anything for Hope's event, but Rage will be screwing with his phone in some way. I just haven't figured out how.

Win her favor and she'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe; cross her and she'll never forget it. She's been playing nice lately though. Really. Also: secretly a gigantic nerd dweeb. Also also: looks and tries to be cool, but has a tendency to get awkward when talking about her weaknesses and actual emotions.

She's also acquainted and likes the city guard folks enough (Henry, Nick V., and co), is tentatively cool with K-Science (Newt Geiszler and Hermann Gottlieb) and sorta knows Wade Wilson tangentially, is cute cool-girls-with-powers friends with Wanda, has taken Chris under her wing, hates Gren, hates the D.Gray-mans (Kanda and Tyki), is ???? at Kate for a lot of reasons none of which are good, sh...allowly thinks Sam is cute, annnd has run into a whole lot of folks otherwise. Current Plans: I'm on hiatus for the rest of July and the first half of August, so this is more for longer term stuff! Notable CR: cullen (and his dog), cole, sharon, arya, bruce. getting closer to glacius after he almost killed her :')
Current Plans: WELL some important cr just arrived who doesn't know her and that will be frustrating, but otherwise i don't have a lot of plans! i'd like for her to actually be able to do some good, hero type as she is, rather than me just... putting her through endless suffering. so, if your character wants to bond, or if she can meet some new people, or save somebody from something, that'd be neat!

About Them: Ronan pretty much despises like 90% of the people he meets. He's short spoken and blunt, he has a mountain of anger issues and some intense PTSD, and his hobbies include drinking, punching people, and fast cars. On the flipside, he's almost never lies, has an intensely strong loyalty to the people he does get close to, and he can transfer things from his dreams into reality, making him the one-stop-shop for literally any item you can imagine, though that's definitely not common knowledge. He also has a raven that follows him around because he's a special snowflake and a large intricate back tattoo because he's a very special snowflake. Tl;dr, looks like a punk, acts like a punk, secretly loves baby animals.

Notable CR: The Gangsey all apply here: Gansey is his leader and close friend, Adam is his also-close friend and boyfriend, Noah is his ghost buddy, he's gotten closer with Blue, and Henry is.... eugh. As far as non-cast CR though, he's branching out a bit, with Bruce on the top of the list of People Not From Home He's Kinda Cool With, followed by... well, nobody, but he's got some sort-of friendship growing with (lady) Nick, Arya, Kate, and others!

Current Plans: Still recovering from his traumatic canon update, putting himself back together, getting into routine. He doesn't like using phones so this event isn't super applicable, but he can always make exceptions! Ronan also is the secret supplier of medication/bandages/etc to the clinic, so if anyone wants to catch him in the act with that, I'm game!

CR you're looking for: Anything! Ronan develops positive CR easiest with people who are straightforward, honest, and patient. Current Plans: So I'd really like for him to hunt monsters in the caves, and if he finds out there might be blessings/gifts of superpowers involved, that'll motivate him real hard. He's got tons of experience, ok, and even if he has no superpowers, he's got hella reflexes and strength. He's not going to beautify the city unless someone ropes him into it, which isn't actually that hard, even if you don't tell him a blessing might be involved. You've just got to be pushy about it! I'm totally down for this. I'm also looking at helping out at the clinic and maaaybe the city guard, it depends on whether or not someone he talks to can sell him on either one ICly!

Oh also, he's going to have stupid embarrassing filters on his face all this month. 8D So that'll be fun.
CR you're looking for: I want friends, I want enemies, I want people who sink to his level as far as public arguments/fights are concerned but who have his back when the chips are down, I want people to be fond of him, and I want people he cares about and wants to help and protect.

More specifically, though, I'm interested in people who might be able to give him superpowers. At this canon point, Ichigo is pretending really hard he doesn't miss his powers, but it's eating at him real bad, and especially in a situation like this where everybody is in danger pretty much all the time, the power thirst is gonna be really, really real. I'm not looking to power-game -- the powers might not take, or he might not be any good at using them, or they might be temporary -- but it strikes me as a really neat way to get CR Ichigo might not otherwise have, and also to get him in debt to other characters.
