Uhhh so yeah it's kind of a long story but the nutshell version of it is that he was captured by a corrupt megacorporation and basically tortured/forced to fight for his life if he ever wanted to be freed. They also took a bunch of his technology and used it to make weapons so he had to clean THAT whole mess up to.. TL;DR IT SUCKED A LOT and is the reason he has some lingering wariness when meeting humans for the first time... but he's getting better!! Slowly but surely.

Coffee at the bar could work! Glacius has no idea what that is but he is a very early riser and a curious creature so he might poke in just to see what all the buzz is about. Or the garden because the wide diversity of plant life he's seen while away from his homeworld is fascinating! I'll work something out one way or another.
