About Them: He looks like a very cheerful 7 year old human child, works at the clinic and also knits, owns two fairies, and has a corkscrew logic. He tends to stalk people. Overall he's friendly and polite, but can have random seeming bouts of sharpness. He just has very clear ideas on how things are, and those may not match with how others see it.
Notable CR: Firo, mostly. He also stalks Rey a lot, you might see him trailing her in the distance.
Current Plans:
- Muscovy will paint flowers (particularly sunflowers) all over the city everywhere. He'll happily rope people into helping!
- He's also thinking about writing the names of everyone who is present in Hadriel onto the collosseum walls, but he's not sure about how to go about that yet. If anyone would be interested to get into a conversation with him about that, I'd be all for that :3
- He'll be seeking out City Guard members to get their measurement and knit official sashes for them.
CR you're looking for: Anyone and everyone! Maybe if there's a harp player in game who would perhaps teach Muscovy, that'd be excellent so he can polish his skills with that a bit more.

End of this week would be nice for me because I'll get my topic for my final paper next week and that might take up all my creativity for a few days.
