If Kerrigan finds out about her abilities there will be systematic tests of the cave system...

speaking of, the replication she has, would Kerrigan be able to read the mind/sense the copy, how does that work

The show is really unclear about Z's ability. :/ But I think Kerrigan would probably be able to tell that replicas are echoes of Z. I'd bet just about anything Kerrigan could easily find the real Z if there were ever a game of "spot the real one".

Kerrigan would want to send in replicas and 'tag along' psychically to keep track of where they go and what happens to them in the caves if she can.
