Additional Info: PST, so GMT-8. I'm slow but steady, while I'm just a helper mod with few tasks those always come first when I got 'em! As an additional, I work GRAVEYARD shift (lol, the ghost works graveyard) so my most productive tagging times don't match with most people in my timezone except for weekends.

About Them: Noah is unsurprisingly a teenager with PTSD, though all things considered he copes fairly well with it at the moment. This is because being dead makes him emotionally static, when he gets too upset he vanishes and comes back when he's back to normal. Oh, right, he's dead. He got eviscerated by a yeti a few weeks back and has requested to remain a ghost for a little while since emotions are difficult! He's got the sort of awkward, shy, harmless bully-magnet thing going but really easy to make friends with if you avoid giving into the urge to bully. He always tends to look vague/smudged/faded and he's difficult to remember exacts about once you are no longer speaking to him while he's dead and all. Also sometimes he makes cold spots and throws things and slams doors like a poltergeist. Sorry about that.
Notable CR: Adam and Ronan are his two closest friends from home and he adores them both more than anything in life. Except they're also fighting right now, and he's dead, so that makes things a little awkward? Beyond that, the closest friend he's probably made here is The Alcohol Demon of all fucking people, which should show you about Noah's taste in people. On the other hand he's friends with Clear, who is the closest thing to a cinnamon roll here. He also helps out at Bruce Banner's clinic and trusts the Doctor pretty implicitly, and has recently started to take a liking to Arya.
Current Plans: Noah is currently being dead. You know, ghosting about, haunting people. He mostly looks indistinguishable from a normal person except for the vagueness unless he's low on energy, then he starts looking more dead and/or freaky. Because I'm not even sure he CAN be trapped someplace like this, he will not be buried for the event and will be helping dig. Additionally he will be back to being a living teenager about early-mid February.
CR you're looking for: I'm up for any CR, be it positive or negative, though Noah does tend to just roll over if bullied.

YES! I just realized before you commented that I had forgot to add that in. Noah would have very much kept up on it (and probably also sent a bunch of pictures of random things he found funny because why not?), though after his sorta death and ghostness he's slowed down quite a bit in his responses. Touchscreens and cold hands don't work well together...

You know, if Noah sends a bunch of random funny pictures, you can definitely expect the same of Ashley. If not some minor philosophical questions because she thinks too much.

He wouldn't let it slip he died, right?

Oh my gosh yes glorious. Noah would do his best to answer the minor philosophical questions, he's actually good at those? Death gives good perspective.

Yeah, he briefly tried to hide it, but as it is now the cat is mostly out of the bag but it's still news he'd rather drop in person... so he probably would not have brought it up at all.

Oh yes. I can see them developing a good friendship in the future, then. She loves discussing things like that, especially if it's even a little debatable, or it's outside the box.

We should have them meet sometime, then. Would you mind if I had Ash text Noah asking if he's all right? Maybe noting that his replies have slowed.

I am so down for all of this! He'd be both worried (because this means they'll have to have a Talk) and touched (because aw she cares enough to notice) that she's noticed his replies have slowed.

Yes yes yes the only reason I didn't tag Chie with Noah on the Intro Log is because he stays as far away from deatharena as he can. Waking up there once was bad enough, unless a close friend is in danger he's not going back there. There's enough capable people ready to play hero for noobs.

About Them: Asshole in recovery. Basically Thom was a total assbasket until he was like mid-twenties, early thirties? Then went on the run from consequences that resulted from being an assbasket. Sort of tried to make a difference in the world and put good back into it for a while? Then, finally, as of a few years ago actually owned up to it and has been trying to live a better life and make up for it for real real. Basically the man has a fucking History and he's only reluctantly willing to talk about it. What YOU need to know is he's a a Bara Knight with a hobby for carpentry and a desire to do good. His beard is epic. If you are younger than mid-twenties he will probably treat you like a kid.
Notable CR: Thom's crew is the rest of the Dragon Age cast, Cecily (whom he just calls Inquisitor like 90% of the time, literally owes his life to, and respects above all others), Cullen, and Dorian. He knows them all from home and has worked with them for a couple years now (IIRC the game takes place over roughly threeish years). In Hadriel, he's currently training Z in swordfighting and Adam in dodging and evasion. He's making a wooden wolf for Arya and helping Bruce insulate the makeshift clinic.
Current Plans: Rainier I'm leaving up in the air for the buried alive event so we'll see where he lands. If he's buried he will be mostly trying to council others through it and keep them calm while accepting his fate because he's a Terrible Person who Deserves Bad Things. If he's not buried, he will not rest, sleep or take a break until everyone gets dug up god damn it. IN GENERAL he's got his camping tent sort of set up like a lean-to against the side of the colosseum where he works on his carving projects - making practice weapons so people have something other than live steel to train with now that the armory is open. Also so he can keep an eye on it and be there to help rescue new arrivals.
CR you're looking for: While Rainier is gruff and standoffish he really does need friends. He's not exactly the kind to seek them out, though, believing the worst of himself. He's happiest with something to do, so IF YOU WANT YOUR CHARACTER TO LEARN HOW TO FIGHT... RAINIER IS YOUR MAN. He actually has trained soldiers before so he's adept in sword+shield fighting and teaching others. Especially young mouthy ones, he finds them hilarious.

I'm really enjoying the thread we have going and would definitely love to do more~. They're doing training now (yay swords!!), so that's goos. At some point she will have to surprise him by replicating.

i would love for these 2 beards to interact more. im hoping to ACTUALLY do cave-exploring sometime soon and boss'll probably make a post calling out fighter/soldier types to go. thom can always answer that call if he's interested, otherwise im open to whatever.

Aw yeah, he totally will be. Like with the addition that some fighters should remain behind to guard the little helpless ones in the event the worst occurs.
