About Them: The most determined little cinnamon roll you'll ever meet basically. Lloyd was given the title "gentle idealist" during his adventures in Symphonia, and while those two swords at his hip aren't just for show it's a pretty apt name for him nonetheless. Lloyd loves easy and loves big, and he's eager to understand and forgive people for their "sins". He can have a bit of a temper if he thinks his friends are picking on him too much (he knows he's not the best in school but he doesn't need people always bringing it up thanks) or if he thinks people he cares about are being mistreated but his flare ups never last long. He's all about doing something, helping, fixing, and can get bored pretty easily if things stay too monotonous for long. He also has two dads, a dog that isn't a dog, and wings on occasion if he likes, though he's yet to pull those out in Hadriel. Oh yeah and he has smithing, lock picking and bomb diffusing talents, don't ask me where the last came from because I don't know.

Notable CR: I had to go on hiatus a month into the game unfortunately so I'm only just starting to get Lloyd more deeply involved with the people in Hadriel. He lives with Zelos, a friend from back home though things are sort of tense between them right now. He has Adam convinced he needs momming and has... something developing with Nick, idk. And he might start team protaging it up with Kamina because of course he is.

Current Plans: Lloyd is getting buried and while he's not going to get too panicked over the whole thing he will probably need rescuing since Zelos is kind of on an unofficial hiatus right now. He's going to go on a rigorous monster hunting expedition when Hope puts out that request later this month and I'm only sort of joking when I keep saying he's going to petition for a tea cup ride in the cave because tea cup rides are clearly how you make friends.

CR you're looking for: Literally anything. One of my favorite things with goody two shoes character like Lloyd is to get them involved with exactly the wrong sort of people, but more protag bros, people wanting to protect him, people he wants to protect.... whatever I'm up for it all. Lloyd makes friends easy anyway.

ok so i have yet to get beyond up in lloyd's business and that needs to be fixed asap, especially because i think lloyd is going to remind beyond a LOT of his friend/warden from the barge, cassel sharpe.

chie can probably be convinced to go monster-hunting with lloyd!!

also sob, i'm so sorry about how mean nick is to lloyd, she will stop being prickly at some point, i promise :c

we definitely need to get beyond and lloyd talking because yes. this needs to happen.

lloyd will love having chie along on the monster hunt, the more the merrier! maybe she can sympathize with the weird lack of loot from killing monsters in this place. like where's the money???

i've said it before and i'll say it again, nick is not the meanest person lloyd's met, his own dad had a worse first impression and lloyd's not the sort to let that sort of thing keep him from trying to get along. he might yell a bit if she keeps calling him stupid, but he won't give up on her or anything.

also SOBBING YES please don't give up on nick, she needs people to not do that thing because basically everyone has her entire life :c

yes beyond will be talking to people who are buried, telling them not to talk so much or they'll suffocate faster. #helpful

lloyd is that kid that tries to sympathize and talk the main baddie out of their evil master plan. zelos kidnapped colette at one point and lloyd didn't even get mad about it. he is made up of 98% forgiveness or something, he's not giving up on her.

yes beyond please tell lloyd how not to die while he's buried alive because his roomie went back home and i don't actually know how he's getting rescued anymore whoops.

chie will help dig people up once she's out. possibly nick also???

lbr lloyd probably wouldn't start panicking about being buried until he was on his last breaths and even then maybe not.

Just dropping by to say I enjoyed our thread and hope we can swing these two by one another again!

I loved our thread too and would love to get Lloyd and Bruce talking again! More smart people in Lloyd's life, this is a thing he needs for sure.
