About Them: Tall, dark, elven. Koltira is bitter, ill-tempered, and prone to violence, but he also has a strong sense of restraint and honor. He's actually the least likely of the death knight squad to choke you into a coma. Disciplined and taciturn, Koltira roils with self-loathing for the things he did while enslaved to the Lich King and for the things he still constantly wants to do now. Like all death knights, he suffers from a curse that drives him to hurt other people, and if he lets it go for too long, he will slip into a blood frenzy. Unlife is rough.
Notable CR: Hashtag squad (Sev, Furykill), though 'hang out' actually means 'babysit', since he's their commanding officer.
Current Plans: Killing random monsters to keep the pains at bay. He'll be a digger. As he's incredibly strong and does not require even one second of rest, he's the guy you want if someone is running out of air--and he's happy (??) to help.
CR you're looking for: Koltira goes two ways in a new environment. He either goes towards alienation or integration. I like CR that fosters either path (though I'm admittedly partial to integration). Integrating CR makes efforts to understand him; treat him like a person; etc. Alienating CR regards him as a monster. EITHER IS VALID.

YES, they have a lot in common ... aside from the bit where Koltira's kind of an undead horror-creature, but, I mean. Details.

what's a little undead horror between friends?? it's not like cullen has a Thing about weird magic...

but, on the other hand, he does live with a necromancer so it could be worse.

Peter won't care that Koltira's an undead horror creature, as long as he doesn't go all killing spree on anybody Peter cares about (especially including Peter). Actually, his BFF from home has a similar sort of 'I kinda want to kill people (and then also eat them)' condition. The only problem is that he's an adult and Peter does not, as a rule, trust people much over legal drinking age. Somehow we should try and make this work, though.
