hhhhey these two are the same age (if you ignore the probably decades that charles has spent being dead), also he's kind of a dick sometimes so if you want enemies or negative turned positive cr, he's probably good at that too??? idk they can bond over their depressing backstories/having to basically be the person handling everything at home !!!!!

i think we can probably start with them simply meeting each other somehow? is charles participating in the hope temple trips by chance? or we could plan to do something in april when kiran comes back from the trips?
