Rey.

About Them: Gayest grump with a heart of gold and a terrible temper. A disaster concoction of fabricated memories belonging to different women who were soldiers and/or assassins because of that robot brain. Lots of PTSD and identity issues, full speed ahead.

Has a lot of intentionally-inflicted scars on her face. Also the ability to not-so-spontaneously combust herself and things around her and manipulate heat; makes for a very good personal sauna if you can keep her still long enough.

Runs the Speakeasy and welcome dance nights for the newbies on the intro logs. Here is the most recent one that was handled by Laura Palmer due to Rey being at sea for most of the month!

Notable CR: Lives with her dadbot Nick Valentine. Oscar is her unclebot twice removed and stuff. Friends with Rosie, Atem, Alphys, Trafalgar Law, Laura Palmer, and Carlisle Longinmouth. Just met Sanji and so far likes him because he makes great food. She has been super wary of Caedra Nisariel but is playing it cool. Rey is still technically part of the Guard in a near-unofficial capacity, so some of them might know of her.
Also has a mutant cat named Tripod and he is the most noble boy you will ever meet.

Current Plans: Again, Rey is gone for most of the month due to chasing Door fragments around the world, but I am absolutely open to plotting when she gets back! Normally Rey tries to resist Love's events because they're her most hated of the gods (even more so than Delight and Rage), but I am starved for fluff so Rey is gonna have to deal this time.

Which means she's single and ready to mingle gonna platonically snuggle the shit outta some friends and fam. (B

CR you're looking for: Soldier types. She's softened up a little towards synthetics but is still rather uncomfortable around them. Always accepting volunteers at the Speakeasy and Game Room, including maintenance, brewing/distilling, music, and setting up dance nights (thanks Laura). I'm pretty damn open to anyone who thinks she might gel well with! Rey has been around for over two and a half years now and so that makes her a very good source of information for those who want to know about past events.

Soldier types, you say? Leo was with a military operation for most of his life and will deny that watching soldiers die in horrific ways around him while he never got a mark on him affected him in any way. Also, he's on fire in his monster form, so fire buddies, yes?

Ravine.

About Them: Grim reaper lady who is too cool for school (seriously she never went to school. They didn't really have those for people like her in Babylon). Also is 6'8" and wears sunglasses at night and all times.

Ravine is a Psychopomp who, in her world, was tasked with guiding dead souls when they die in order to prevent them from becoming attached to the living world and turning into harmful spirits. She also is a telepath with a sense for predicting probabilities, but her predictions are more of "possible outcomes" than anything that is set in stone. She's over 3000+ years old, from ancient Jerusalem/Neo Babylon. Seen a lot of shit because she comes from a point in canon where the world in the distant future has suffered a catastrophic pandemic that nearly wiped out all human life.

Huge emphasis on her permissions post for people who interact with her in any deep capacity due to the invasive nature of her abilities, even though she won't take advantage of it unless she finds reason to (in other words: I will try not to infomod without player permission and will ask ahead of time before she pulls anything extreme. If anything comes up that you're not comfortable with her knowing/talking about to your character, please hit me up).

Notable CR: Eternal BFFs with Friendship Pharaoh Atem and is pretty much friends with Alphys, George Lass, and Nick Valentine in a way. Has antagonizing CR with Caedra Nisariel in that she is probably the only person Ravine has ever made use of her reaper abilities against. She has recently treated Carlisle Longinmouth's condition.

Current Plans: Like I said above, Ravine has recently treated Carlisle's aural tear by sealing his wound with a piece of her soul when he was at the brink of death. I have an open log that covers the month of September concerning her dealing with the aftermath of that.

Ultimately, the idea was to muddle up her "future vision" (she can still see other outcomes and into someone's past - this covers both what they do and don't know themselves). Also she needs sleep, so she's probably been couch surfing at random places without anyone knowing. (B

CR you're looking for: Always gimme my spirit/ghost types. Characters who are either dead, know that they are dead/will die in canon, or have different canon timelines and/or outcomes (see her permissions post for more detail on that). Fellow psychics and people associated with death, or anyone drawn to those types.
