She's....slightly more equipped to handle extreme PTSD than the average orc? One of her mentors in canon is going senile but has not lost any of his shaman abilities. On top of being blind and full of suppressed trauma. Things are on fire a lot.

And yeah! She can turn into a spirit wolf! Unfortunately, it's pretty much a wolf-shaped cloud, so no neck scratches. It's one of the weirder shaman talents.
