About Them:

• Born a princess, now a kick-ass monster slayer with two cool swords.
• Began training how to be a witcher when she was younger, think around 9 - 10 after her kingdom was basically destroyed. Spent basically a year and a half black and blue almost every day. It was awesome.
• Ridiculous powers! Her blood is special (Elves fucking around with eugenics back in the day) and it allows her to do stuff like teleportation and world hopping, though the latter doesn't work in the murdercave much to her displeasure. Could use magic but fuck that because it's buried under a hella lot of trauma and sadness, gives off a noticeable signature though.
• Spent a lot of her life on the run and because of this, she suffers from not knowing how to make friends or work well in social situations. She can come off clumsy and rather unsure of herself but she's just trying to be friendly!
• Adores learning new ways how to wield a sword. Her own style is very graceful and acrobatic, almost dance-like really.
• Family is most important to her. She will do literally anything for them.
• Has a number of scars. The most noticeable one is on her face which she doesn't like to talk about but has a habit of touching it and tries to hide it behind strands of hair.

Notable CR: ... Her swords. But no, she's testing the waters and isn't exactly sure what to make of people quite yet. She's had a few good conversations so far but its hard for her to reach out and bond with someone because... how do you make friends? She'll get the hang of it sooner or later.

Current Plans:

• Compiling a bestiary about the monsters in the cave. Mostly with the intent of writing down any weaknesses, strengths and abilities they might use. Also: if they'll be safe to eat or not.
• Considering offering sword and/or hunting lessons because goodness, some people need them if they want to survive.
• She's also thinking of throwing out potion and bomb making lessons.
• Her mirror is going to show her living happily with her adopted parents, Geralt and Yen at a restored Kaer Morhen continuing to be a witcher. You know, laughing and generally being happy with her family. She's likely going to throw her mirror off the tallest building she can find so if anyone wants to find it then go for it!

CR you're looking for:

• Sparring buddies! Again, she loves learning new ways to fight and is up for anything.
• Really, she's just up for fighting in general. Girl need to stretch her legs.
• Hunting buddies! MONSTER FIGHTING BUDDIES!
• Folks good at tugging reserved loners out of their shells.
• Someone to help her navigate the waters that is making friends! She's doesn't know how any of this works.
• People that want to talk about their worlds or just someone understands, she's been through this whole 'suddenly new world!' thing too many times.
• Anyone who wants to learn how to use a sword, hunt, make potions and bombs!
• Anyone that can teach her how to better use the technology (using, fixing, taking it apart and putting it back together) present and better first aid.

So, talking about worlds and learning about potions? Gansey would love this. He would also love talking about where Ciri is from in general, particularly about the magic there if she'd be willing for that!

Excellent! Of course, all her potions/oils are made for fighting monsters from home but there might be some use for them here too, that's what she likes to think anyway.

And she'd definitely be up for talking about it even though her views might be colored because of her own bad experiences. That said, she'll gush for days about her adopted mom and what an amazing cool sorceress that she is.

Not all of his experiences with it have been strictly wonderful, so that wouldn't surprise him! But he'd love to hear her stories. Also, tips for dealing with monsters would definitely be appreciated!

I'm canonblind, but Ciri sounds amazing, so I am willing to see if her and Henry click! He would probably take her up on her offer of potion and bomb lessons, and as a talented knight he is always down for monster slaying and other standard martial activities! He can be pretty highly-strung and overly critical, but he's a good person at heart and respects determination and skill.

Funny enough, she's pretty used to hanging around high-strung and overly critical people. She can be like that at times too! Mostly, she's simply focused on the idea of protecting those that need protecting. I'd definitely love to see if they'd click too or, at least, they might be able to learn a thing or two from one another.

kick ass sorta princesses are my jam and i adore emma!! so, i am all about them getting cr

and i am just as equally easy to please. but ciri would be super pleased getting to show off how to use a sword, she just adores sword fighting like a big dumb loser

Emma never had super official training to use a sword, and though she wings it admirably I think she'd enjoy actually knowing what she is doing when she's swinging one!!! so that is a great place imo.

About Them:

• A teen living a pretty normal life until it all went to hell. Now he has magic and a task to destroy his world, ending millions of lives because gods suck.
• He has a hard time opening up to people because it's all turned to shit so quickly since he became a l'Cie so he tends to come off withdrawn.
• Really great kid though. Once he gets to know someone, his personality comes out more but he's sort of lose without his ragtag family.
• Hideous trust issues and survivor's guilt.
• Naturally curious, interested in learning and rather smart (kid grows up and builds a goddamn planet in the sequel) himself. He mostly has a big interest in technology and how it works.
• He's short, so terribly short and stands right at five feet tall.
• Can summon a giant robot that can punch things with explosive fists. It's kinda cool.
• Noticeable tattoo on his left wrist. It's partly covered by the wrist band he wears but the top half of it can be seen. It's currently at the eleventh stage for now since it is still active.

Notable CR: No one currently! He's helping around as he can and is interested in offering to help out at the clinic with his healing magic.

Current Plans:

• Know a thing or two about magical curses? Hope is probably going to talk to the network about some help he needs since he doesn't really trust god-like beings and also because he doesn't want to turn into a hideous monster is his brand reaches its last stage.
• Going to be hanging around at the clinic to help out and learn! After all, he doesn't want to always have to rely on his magic.
• He's also interested in helping out with the little projects happening around the city. If folks are heading out to fight monsters, he can offer some sweet magical enhancements to help out in that department.
• Not really going to be interested in looking at the mirrors of others. His will show him with his dad and his friends, happy and healthy. The world is also definitely not destroyed! He'll probably lock his up somewhere though.

CR you're looking for:

• Other kids his age! The kid needs him since all of his current friends back home are much older than him.
• Mentor types, always! As mentioned, he's interested and willing to learn whatever someone wants to teach.
• Other magic users since Hope is still new to this whole... magic thing. He's always looking to better his abilities and use them in more effective ways.
• Not a physical fighter at all but probably needs to learn something.
• Anyone willing to help a fourteen-year-old learn to deal with his grief in a proper way.
