About Them: Cashmere won the 64th Hunger Games when she was 18 by killing and outliving other children. She's from a wealthy district of Panem and has more or less been trained to be a killer since she was 8. After winning her Games, she was coerced into prostitution by President Snow, which she may or may not talk about with others (you can PM me if that's off limits for you this canon is super dark).
She has CRAU from her time at a nightmare hotel. Cashmere has died twice, once in her canon and once in Hadriel. Unsurprisingly this has not really been good for her mental health.
Cashmere can be super sour and is fairly bossy. She's a secret softie but it can be difficult to break though her shell and then you have to deal with her being crazy. She will totally fight other people.

Appearance-wise she's described in canon as being "classically beautiful" and is tall & athletic. She's also kinda baby-faced from endless cosmetic treatments in the Capitol and looks to be closer to early 20s than her actual late 20s. Also, thanks to that asshole Hope she has a bald spot on the left side of her head which she goes to great efforts to cover.

Notable CR: She and Arya are basically attached at the hip. She likes Chris and Newt. Cliff recently made her shit list. Johanna is her #1 frenemy but lbr she'd be very bored without Jo around to antagonize/be harassed by.

Current Plans: Lately she is doing a lot of sulking in response to being turned in a cannibal monster and dying (again). She lurks a lot on the network and likes to know what everyone else is up to.
She will for sure be looking at any mirrors she finds because she's very snoopy. IDK what her mirror will show because she's dead in canon, so.. ????

Yes exactly. So many beautiful baby names so few babies

And as usual there's weird ambiguity as to if they are siblings or partners people in panem are just used to it. It's not her fault that other people don't cuddle and hold hands with their brother
