About Them: He is an amnesiac assassin who's been taken away from his handlers in the middle of a mission, he's going to be generally confused and a little bit at a loss for what to do, but he's also deadly efficient at killing things and getting things done. He's not very friendly or personable, but he's curious and interested in things he's no familiar with, and if he somehow forms an attachment to you he will be scary loyal and protective. He is a frightening guy, but a good asset to have on your side, provided you can handle him.
Notable CR: No one yet, but he's going to be stalking/hanging out with Steve Rogers quite a bit.
Current Plans: NOTHING YET except exploring and trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. When he finds his mirror it'll be showing him either his own grave or him being useful in the field, I haven't decided yet.
CR you're looking for: ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. Small people who boss him around. People who rile him and want to Fight. People who confuse him. People who try to manipulate him. Good guys. Bad guys. In between types. Everything.

good because bucky really doesn't understand what's going on between them and he wants to so he's probably going to follow steve around like a very scary guard dog who is also a lost puppy

okay we have options

option 1: sally, who is entirely too many supernatural things at once for bucky to even have the time of day for but she's chill and ready to kill (she's been in this shithole and a previous one for Way Too Long) and she also runs the bar until delight drives her out of business and back into a lifestyle of day-drinking alone. she'll aggressively friend you if you stick around so there's that.

option 2: jess, who is way too young to be bucky's actual friend but at the very least she's less of a bitchy teen now that she almost got her face ripped off and her bones broken in every available way in a really confusing game of Hide and Seek.

option 3: i'm bringing either katniss everdeen or octavia blake next round, both of which are basically solemn deliverers of death with various neuroses aka exactly bucky's type of human

SORRY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO RESPOND TO THIS

but honestly I will take them all, but with the fair warning that the following are the likely scenarios of his reactions to all the options

1. bucky appreciates people who know how to kill and are willing to do so. A+. he'll be confused by supernatural things, but hell, if it doesn't affect him, he'll roll with it. friendship is also confusing. but he'll deal somehow.

2. it's entirely possible that bucky has a soft spot for small young bitchy people, especially the ones that need more protecting than they realize *coughstevecough* HOWEVER if people get on his nerves he'll respond by either walking away or glaring them into submission. that could potentially be fun.

3. again: people who know their way around killing folks and are ready and able to do it are ok in bucky's book.

TO BE HONEST just about everyone in the world is going to kind of confuse and befuddle bucky right now, he's still very much of the opinion that he is a walking weapon of war, not actually a person. basically my philosophy is BRING IT ON.
