welcome to irisa's world, in which animals have been fused with alien animals to create monstrosities. this is why we don't play with science, folks

im not even sure normal versions of any animal still exist. they try not to show them if they can help it but there's one episode with a dog barking (you don't see it but the first, like, five mins of the episode it can be heard) so...it's hard to say
