I really want more cr with Arya! I want Gansey to tell her stories of the modern world and ask her about her home (carefully, because he knows it wasn't good for her there) and generally befriend her. Maybe try to cheer her up. He has a tendency to befriend loner types and try to make them happy, and she already caught his interest when she asked about helicopters!

yes that all sounds amazing!! Arya is already fascinated by Gansey and his bee-style flying machine. she can also swap stories with him about growing up royalty/rich and also caution him against throwing it all away on some quest for a dead king because hooo boy having that all stripped away from you is rough and before you know it, you're on a slippery slope to acorn paste and murder.

Yeah, that's...more or less the slippery slope he's already on, and even kind of knows about. I'd really like this! I think they'd have a lot to talk about. He's pretty fascinated by medieval culture thanks to his interest in Glendower, and the similarities and differences of Arya's world would definitely please him. But typically when he thinks of history, he's wearing rose-coloured glasses, and the reality of how hard things were for Arya would make him think differently. I'd love that!
