About Them: Bucky is taken from the fight on the bridge in CA: TWS, before he's revealed to Steve as Bucky. As such, he's still in a very unstable mental state. He's remembering things slowly, in pieces, and he's still very much a product of Hydra conditioning, though he's slowly working out of it. He's impatient and testy with strangers, but loyal and quiet and sweet with people he knows and likes. He will also cut a bitch if anyone threatens his buds.
Notable CR: Steve, and lately River.
Current Plans: Every other day he's out hunting, because that's what he does, but he also hangs out and is creepy, watching people from a distance or just making sure Steve gets enough to eat. He's going to go nuts during zombie event, killing lots of zombies and making sure Steve (and probably River) are safe and don't have to get their hands dirty.
CR you're looking for: Anything! Yeah, I know, but really. Bucky's not very outgoing, so anyone who's willing to just jump into conversation with him and keep it up despite his reluctance. People for him to latch onto and protect, people to antagonize him, people to figure out his mental state and take advantage of it... the works.
