About Them: Another Damaged Teen™ from that vaguely pretentious YA series that everyone lost their minds over about a year ago, Ronan Lynch is a shortspoken, angry teenager dealing with a hefty amount of PTSD in the healthiest way he can (getting into fights, drinking a lot, and cheap thrills of course). He also has the ability to take objects from his dreams into reality, and throughout the year that he's been here, he's used this ability mainly to supply the clinic on the down low because he's not actually just a heartless monster, who knew??? Anyway, he's also loyal, blunt, and a bunch of other things that make him super fun to try to get CR with. Also seen with him pretty regularly is his raven named Chainsaw, who he loves dearly so don't be mean to her :c
Notable CR: Gansey, Noah, Blue, and Henry are all castmates who live at his house- as well as Adam, who lives in his room sometimes because they're dating. He finally broke a barrier with Arya and she is now in Ride or Die status with Ronan, and he's also made a few friends along the way in Bruce Banner and some other clinic staff.
Current Plans: He is surviving the zombie apocalypse and will proooobably be cutting off Adam's arm after the latter gets bit. It's gonna suck. But, Ronan also has a nailbat and is pretty reliable in a fight if anyone wants to do pre-arm removal things!
CR you're looking for: I love all CR! Ronan gets along best with people who are patient, but firm. Don't let him get away with shit, but don't piss him off right out the gate. Negative CR is always good too- Ronan is always willing to throw down, and I personally love writing out fight scenes, so it's all good!

About Them: Pun-loving skeleton with a nihilistic streak a mile wide. Stepford smiler of impressive skill and magnitude. Calculating, evasive, and layered like an ogre. I mean, like an onion. On that note, also a meme-loving fuck.

Notable CR: Lives with Wade Wilson (ishotyouuu), Hermann Gottlieb (verinumeri), and Newt Geiszler (fortunefavored). Also has interest in two kids from his world, Frisk (save_theworld) and Chara (somuchlove). Also likely to be seen hanging around his newly-arrived brother, Papyrus (beautyis).

Current Plans: Sans has never actually had a group of people he cares about before. Rather, he has, but he's never had to be worried about them to this sort of extent. When your life is a time loop and everything inevitably RESETs, he's just never seen the point in it before. Now he actually does care, all consequences are permanent and lasting, and he doesn't know how to deal with it.

CR you're looking for: GIVE ME ALL OF IT. Negative CR, positive CR, and anywhere in between. This skeleton is a judgmental little fuck, to put it mildly, and will very handily judge your character for killing literally anyone if you want some negative CR. He also lends himself very well to easygoing jokes and back-and-forth exchanges if you're looking for something lighter.

About Them: "Rather than a person who hurts others, become the person getting hurt. A kind person finds happiness in just that". This is what kaneki learned from his mother and he follows this. He is incredibly kind, gentle, he is shy and also awkward, very quiet and doesn't speak his mind. Tends to be selfless, doesn't have much confidence in himself and sees himself as weak, but even so he is trying hard to become stronger in order to protect the ones he loves. AND THEN HE WAS TURNED INTO A GHOUL who are cannibal people basically and... that... sucks a lot. Kaneki hates that ghoul part, but above all, he is SCARED of the ghoul part. He has to balance the fact that he is now forced to do something terrible and goes against what his mother taught him, and the fact that ghouls aren't the monsters he was also sort of taught to believe. Though some still are and everything is a mess. Kaneki's life is full of suffering.

Notable CR: No one! He is pretty lonely 100% of his time.

Current Plans: ATT: CANNIBALISM. Kinda? Kaneki will NOT be affected by the zombie virus and the zombies cannot pierce his skin (thanks to Ken's ghoul powers). However, zombies smell of human flesh, even if not particularly fresh, and this will trigger Kaneki's hunger (who has actually been starving himself ever since he got here). So Kaneki will be feeding off the zombies - if you want your character to actually witness this, they are welcome to! Other than that, no plans.

CR you're looking for: Kaneki doesn't have much cr, or friends, or contact with other people because in Hadriel he's terrified 99% of his time, so I'm honestly looking for everything right now. Nothing specific!

About Them: Bucky is taken from the fight on the bridge in CA: TWS, before he's revealed to Steve as Bucky. As such, he's still in a very unstable mental state. He's remembering things slowly, in pieces, and he's still very much a product of Hydra conditioning, though he's slowly working out of it. He's impatient and testy with strangers, but loyal and quiet and sweet with people he knows and likes. He will also cut a bitch if anyone threatens his buds.
Notable CR: Steve, and lately River.
Current Plans: Every other day he's out hunting, because that's what he does, but he also hangs out and is creepy, watching people from a distance or just making sure Steve gets enough to eat. He's going to go nuts during zombie event, killing lots of zombies and making sure Steve (and probably River) are safe and don't have to get their hands dirty.
CR you're looking for: Anything! Yeah, I know, but really. Bucky's not very outgoing, so anyone who's willing to just jump into conversation with him and keep it up despite his reluctance. People for him to latch onto and protect, people to antagonize him, people to figure out his mental state and take advantage of it... the works.

About Them: Intelligent, practical, and cautious. While generally polite to people he doesn't know, Adam usually stays distant - it takes him awhile to warm up to someone, and he's very private about certain things. He's on the quiet side, but very stubborn and ambitious and careful of his pride. He's definitely got some issues thanks to past abuse, which he's been handling better and better over time. He's good at planning, logical thinking, hard work, and not talking about his feelings. Needle him in the right place and you'll find a temper under those good manners, as well as somewhat shaky morals of 'the end justifies the means' type. He's got a magical forest in his head that lets him scry and sometimes sense magic and ley lines, and it also means he hallucinates a lot. But like, in a good way. He can't really fight, but can provide basic first aid, strategic help, and some mechanical and magical knowledge. He generally tries to make himself as useful as possible, so if your character needs help with something he might be willing to lend a hand.
Notable CR: His castmates - King Gansey, Queen Blue, Ghost Friend Noah, Great Hair Henry, and Boyfriend Ronan. He's also friendly with Arya Stark, and he spends a decent amount of time at the clinic so he knows those folks too. He doesn't have a lot of close friends that he didn't know at home, because he sucks at making friends, but I definitely try to get him out there a lot!
Current Plans: He's going to have a bad time during the zombie event. It'll probably involve losing an arm. I'm happy to make pre-arm loss event plans with anyone that will probably involve running from zombies! He'll probably need help after the event is over, too, all things considered.
CR you're looking for: I'd really love to develop some deeper friendships! I try to tag out a lot, but because Adam is a innately reserved sort of person it can be difficult to get to a point where he can open up to someone. He's a great listener, though, so that's a place to start, and he's not actually shy - he'll absolutely start conversations, he just won't reveal his darkest secrets without some prompting. Negative CR is fine but more difficult, he tends to avoid people he doesn't like.

About Them: cecily is the inquisitor and herald of andraste, a person who once shrugged off responsibility like it was a contest and blasphemed to piss off her mom. she's gotten much more mature about all that, though, particularly if it comes to taking care of her friends and found family. she has a deadly green hand and the sense of humor of a middle school boy but means well and is passionate and stubborn in everything she does.

Notable CR: She's especially close with Cecily (closerift), and Mello (torrefied), though she cares for a handful of people, including Kate, Cullen, Arya, and Shadow.
Current Plans: I have no real plans for the month, aside from the fact that Sharon will survive the zombie apocalypse.

Unlike Sans, Papyrus never settles for "good enough" and strives to go the extra mile in whatever he does, including friendships! He's not too experienced with having friends but he is very excited about making them. His dream is to be extremely popular and be "bathed with a shower of kisses every morning". He loves himself a lot and that's apparent within like a few seconds of talking to him, but he loves everyone else just as much so that's fine right??
Notable CR: Mostly just castmates so far! Sans, Chara, and Frisk. He's really new so he still needs to be settled in and I'm looking forward to reaching out with him.
Current Plans: He is currently settling in, he hasn't moved in anywhere yet because I need to work on that but he waaants to get roommates like Sans and live somewhere near his brother in Delight's housing. Also, he doesn't know about the city guard yet BUT HE WILL WANT TO BE A PART OF IT ONCE HE DOES. IT IS EVERYTHING HE COULD EVER DREAM OF.

They're also responsible for killing nearly everyone in their world and plan on ERASING the rest of it. Currently occupied with trying to find things to do here as they can't get EXP in Hadriel.

Notable CR: Frisk (save_theworld ) quite often so if they can't be found alone they're probably with their Partner. Otherwise they're usually texting people over the network or checking out Papyrus (beautyis) to spite someone. Can't imagine who.

Current Plans: Chara is probably going to run into trouble with the new zombie friends everyone is going to meet, so if you want to help the murderchild not get bitten (or do). Otherwise they are trying to find things to do, as mentioned before they can't get EXP here so it leaves them with very little. Personally I'm happy with both negative and positive CR so come right over!

About Them: Firo's just your typical neighborhood gangster. He tends to fly off the handle and get violent when mad (which isn't too hard to do), but he can be affable if things don't go that way. While he's not quick to trust others, he does enjoy company and won't hesitate to approach and get to know people. Obviously, his morals aren't the most robust out there, and he values staying loyal to his friends before any sort of laws. Being prickly and kind of explosive, he's difficult to deal with, but the kind of person who'll stick by his people to the end.
Notable CR: He lives with Bianca, Muscovy, and Shadow. Hangs out with Rey too.
Current Plans: He spends a lot of time in Delight's bar if anyone would like some card games. As for the zombie stuff, 1930s zombie movies haven't prepared him for this, so he'll be having a little trouble there.
CR you're looking for: Fellow criminal CR is always fun, as is clashing with more law-abiding folks. I'm up for anything, though!

About Them: May frequently appear to be a nice old man. Is definitely not a nice old man. Immortal, thrill-seeker, and murderer, not necessarily in that order, and he's just out looking to have some fun. I mean, who doesn't love fun? Right?
Notable CR: Only a couple of serious note, since he's only been here a month and is still feeling out a few people around the city. Firo because he's easy to manipulate and also immortal (cue shenanigans), and although he doesn't quite know what to think of Rey overall, she's definitely an interesting person (cue shenanigans).
Current Plans: Zombie-wise: he'll be out there having a grand time and actively attracting zombies to hack apart. So y'know.. be wary. Monster hunting and general exploration mode still. He's looking for a good 'story' to try to start some kind of internecine Hadriel conflict, but there's still a lot to learn about the place! Also he thinks it would be really cool to kill a god, and is exploring options.
CR you're looking for: Positive CR, with him acting up the nice-old-man bit, or negative CR in general from anyone who realizes what a horrible person he actually is. Murderpals/gamer buddies. People to hunt monsters and get up to shenanigans with, especially folks that are also immortal and/or powerful and/or easy to manipulate and/or blatantly evil. I'd especially love a person or two to get into friendly OR unfriendly games of back-and-forth hunt-down-and-murder-each-other!

L Lawliet | Death Note

Contact Info: plurk (lexil) is best! I have a super open friending policy if we're in a game together and you don't mind my obsessive to-do lists and occasional real-life rambling. PMs are also fine.
Additional Info: I live in the EST timezone, and I'm 30 weeks pregnant! That means that while I still love tagging and try to keep a reasonable speed and character/game load, sometimes I just get tired or busy with appointments and I'm not around much until the evenings. I *do* have plurk mobile though, and I check it frequently (even at work).

CHARACTERCharacter Name: L Lawliet

About Them: L is a shabby and insubstantial-looking creature who is too thin, too tired, and too hunched-over for a man in the supposed prime of his life. Even though he's shuffles around like a languid, pale zombie, though, he happens to be pretty sharp and highly motivated to work toward positive change, if one can get past his somewhat bristly and arrogant personality and childish, eccentric mannerisms. He's clever and resourceful but not terribly self-sufficient; his relationships all tend to be mutually beneficial in some way. L's social skills are also terrible, so even if he isn't intentionally trying to, there's a good chance that he will insult or condescend to your character unless he sees them as his (rare) equal.
Notable CR: Currently, Mello and Near are L's most notable CR. They pretty much allowed him to move right into the third room in house #1202, where he spends way too much time. He also has met and formed a positive impression of Bruce Banner, a wary one of Ai, and a beleaguered and strained one of Misa. He's also met Rin, but has judged them to have little in common and generally incompatible personalities.
Current Plans: Right now, my major short-term goal is to get L out of his dark room and out into the... cave they all live in. Ultimately, his adjustment period has been a little slow and while some shock is understandable, he's a character who does eventually adapt, so I want to get him starting to fall into the stride of day to day life in Hadriel. I also eventually want to get him more involved with the bigger plot and interacting with the gods, but this month just getting him "normalized" in Hadriel's comings and goings is probably enough. Also, CR gathering!
CR you're looking for: I will be that butt, and say that I am genuinely looking for everything. L is a weirdo who is fun to bounce off lots of different types, and I'm not afraid of negative CR (in fact, it's some of my favorite). General archetypes I'm usually looking for for L, though, are nurturers and rivals. Basically, someone for him to shamelessly take advantage of for food, hospitality or favors, and someone to set up as a surrogate sparring partner for Light Yagami. Optional but always appreciated are father figures, grievous pains in the ass who are too dumb to live, and pretty people who are way out of his league who openly discuss uncomfortable topics of conversation for attempted shock value. Also, people who succumb easily to shock value and pearl-clutching and become uncomfortable far too easily.

A human child with more calm about them than anything else, surface wise. They aren't the biggest speaker, but they have a habit of finding their way under people's skin, given the time to do so. You could say they have a lot of...grit.


Notable CR: Haha what is this hang out you speak of? They have a shitty murderchild (somuchlove) as a roommate (it's complicated), a skeleton (skelebro who may actually hate them (it's also complicated), and much more recently, a skeleton beautyis who doesn't hate them (slightly less complicated, but still up there). Aside from that, they've sort of been dabbling in getting to know a few people here and there.

Current Plans: Adjusting to Hadriel has been one of their priorities, and now that that's over and done with, the kid's just trying to find out what they can do to help. More often than not they can be found cleaning up the streets as best they can, in return for whatever food they need (feeding two is serious business), and- lol so yeah that sure is a zombie apocalypse, I guess. Sure would be a great time to hide instead of running into the thick of things and trying to help.

CR you're looking for: Absolutely anything! It'd be fantastic to establish some good cross canon CR, and age really isn't a problem with an old SOUL like fruks.

He'll do whatever he deems right, even if it's against someone else's standpoint. Easy to anger, not too hard to provoke into a fight. He carries Kurikara, which holds his heart (if it breaks, he dies). From his recent awakening, he has pointed ears, fangs, and a tail that he keeps tucked away. When his sword is drawn, he has blue flames, longer ears, and his tail is exposed. Due to being the son of Satan, he heals pretty quick.

Notable CR: I just started here, but he already kind of likes Jo and gets along with Sans.

Anyway, River is thin but just on the edge of tall, with lots of long brown hair, a quiet hatred for shoes usually, and gangly limbs. About Them: (Just copypasta from the previous CR meme because I'm le lazy.)

Closed off and brutally honest, Rey may seem like a pretty candid type, until it turns out that she's generally like that to keep people at arm's length. For some reason, it doesn't seem to work out very well. She tends to act all hard and uncaring, but she actually cares a lot more than she lets on, and tends to go the whole nine yards and even further for others. She tells people that she's a soldier (which probably shouldn't come as a surprise given her scarring), but she's actually a synthetic woman who was created to be a war machine with the memories of eight different people crammed in her skull. She also sometimes sports some sweet armor for combat purposes (which got somewhat damaged because of asshole deathclaws). While it doesn't always tend to come up in threads, there are some potentially triggery material that can pop up with her sometimes, given trauma and the like, but I always tend to ask/warn ahead of time.

I do have a permissions post for future reference.

Oh and also a couple other noteworthy details: She weighs over 300lbs and can manipulate heat and fire. Hot damn.

Notable CR: She lives with Nick Valentine in House 1401 with a plant named Charlie and a once-nameless goldfish (which surprisingly isn't dead yet thanks to her kindly roommate) now named Wellingham.
She also hangs with the likes of Sharon, Firo, Rhys, Maketh, and probably with people who are part of the Guard since she's trying to be more proactive with doing more than just the heavy lifting. She recently got into a dubious relationship-type-thing with Bianca. Other people she mingles/chats with would be Sato, Sans, Crow, maybe Elmer? Carlisle and Muscovy are also slowly becoming more okay in her book (both who had previous CR with her in the game, Ataraxion).

Current Plans: Shit is gonna be so hype for the zombie apocalypse. Really, the hypest shit. Rey is going to attempt to set up traps within a certain radius to try and take out as many as she can, so expect lots of guns, slashing, and explosions. Basically she wants to foil Fear's plans to scare the shit out of people as much as she can by seeing if she can wipe out several zombies, so she's going into full out Mass Killer Mode. It's actually kinda scary in itself, especially if/when you can see she's got blood on her face -- MY GOD THERE'S BLOOD EVERYWHERE -- the zombies won't be able to distinguish her from a living or dead person. :| Not really doing herself any favors there.

She's also going to be making use of the sniper rifle she got from Lilith and perk on one of the rooftops, so shenanigans of her almost shooting people to try and get them to avoid landmines is a possibility.

CR you're looking for: Any and all kinds, really! I'm not picky at all, and love all of the unlikely CR with unlikely characters. Rey has a certain range of tolerance and patience so it's interesting to see the types of people she gets along with (and doesn't get along with, for that matter).
