lexil) is best! I have a super open friending policy if we're in a game together and you don't mind my obsessive to-do lists and occasional real-life rambling. PMs are also fine.
Additional Info: I live in the EST timezone, and I'm 30 weeks pregnant! That means that while I still love tagging and try to keep a reasonable speed and character/game load, sometimes I just get tired or busy with appointments and I'm not around much until the evenings. I *do* have plurk mobile though, and I check it frequently (even at work).

About Them: L is a shabby and insubstantial-looking creature who is too thin, too tired, and too hunched-over for a man in the supposed prime of his life. Even though he's shuffles around like a languid, pale zombie, though, he happens to be pretty sharp and highly motivated to work toward positive change, if one can get past his somewhat bristly and arrogant personality and childish, eccentric mannerisms. He's clever and resourceful but not terribly self-sufficient; his relationships all tend to be mutually beneficial in some way. L's social skills are also terrible, so even if he isn't intentionally trying to, there's a good chance that he will insult or condescend to your character unless he sees them as his (rare) equal.
Notable CR: Currently, Mello and Near are L's most notable CR. They pretty much allowed him to move right into the third room in house #1202, where he spends way too much time. He also has met and formed a positive impression of Bruce Banner, a wary one of Ai, and a beleaguered and strained one of Misa. He's also met Rin, but has judged them to have little in common and generally incompatible personalities.
Current Plans: Right now, my major short-term goal is to get L out of his dark room and out into the... cave they all live in. Ultimately, his adjustment period has been a little slow and while some shock is understandable, he's a character who does eventually adapt, so I want to get him starting to fall into the stride of day to day life in Hadriel. I also eventually want to get him more involved with the bigger plot and interacting with the gods, but this month just getting him "normalized" in Hadriel's comings and goings is probably enough. Also, CR gathering!
CR you're looking for: I will be that butt, and say that I am genuinely looking for everything. L is a weirdo who is fun to bounce off lots of different types, and I'm not afraid of negative CR (in fact, it's some of my favorite). General archetypes I'm usually looking for for L, though, are nurturers and rivals. Basically, someone for him to shamelessly take advantage of for food, hospitality or favors, and someone to set up as a surrogate sparring partner for Light Yagami. Optional but always appreciated are father figures, grievous pains in the ass who are too dumb to live, and pretty people who are way out of his league who openly discuss uncomfortable topics of conversation for attempted shock value. Also, people who succumb easily to shock value and pearl-clutching and become uncomfortable far too easily.

Flick will totally cook for him. He might even mother hen.

L can't be a real friend, but he can sure fake it for a little while if Flick can make something that tastes decently sweet!

Flick will be happy to just accept him and cook for him if it comes to that! He's better at dinners and actual food but he can whip up some dessert too!

L will wonder what he managed to do to deserve that kind of indulgence, but I'm totally game! He'll definitely appreciate it and probably work (at least a little) not to squander or waste it by scaring Flick away.

Flick's easy! As long as no one bashes him over the head, tries to kidnap or torture him, he's pretty accepting! This will be fun!

He doesn't yet! I've been kind of floundering as to what to do with him! Hopefully I'll have something up soon.
