About Them: Elmer is a plain-looking young man with one notable feature: his bright and infectious smile. He'll also probably tell you about how he's a 300+ year old immortal who's spent his time travelling the world. He's incredibly optimistic, and can spin a bright outlook on any awful situation. He also has no tact, tells everyone everything, and will do anything, literally anything, to get someone to smile. His #1 mission in life is to get someone to smile for him, at all costs.
Notable CR: Elmer is like the wind, he's at everyone's back~~
Current Plans: Not really, since I haven't been able to keep up due to moving. Mostly I'd like to build up more CR with him, new or old. Elmer spends a lot of time wandering around and exploring, and seeing what sort of fun he can get into, so really he can be anywhere!
CR you're looking for: People who think they can fake smiles in front of him, who he can call out for being fakey fake fakers. But really, he'll take to anyone and has no tact! So even if your character is shy and/or introverted, he'll jump at them.
