What's her take on blood magic? How did she deal with meeting Hawke? How much do you think her personality would change if she changed specializations? (i.e., if she'd been born with magic or trained as a warrior).

She understands that things aren't just black and white, and that sometimes more extreme measures have to be taken, but blood magic isn't one of them. To her, it's just inherently wrong, like a further extension of the ~evils of magic~ that the Chantry yells about (though, she doesn't agree with them about much of anything). It seems barbaric and generally a Bad Idea to her, though she's not as outspoken about it as many other people.

Meeting Hawke was like meeting an actual celebrity; she wasn't disappointed, or anything, and in fact was impressed, but he/she became much more real. Like, no longer just the hero in a story, but a real person whose life and family had been through the shitter without much good in it. She has great respect for Hawke and could never leave him or her in the Fade after everything. Really, she wishes he/she never had to be involved with what happened at Adamant and that instead Hawke could just enjoy a nice retirement somewhere quiet.

Well, she would never have been trained as a warrior or templar, because three brothers was enough for the Trevelyans to send into battle, and she was always supposed to be a Chantry sister. If she'd been born with magic, they would have whisked her off right away, devout as they are, and she would have been one of the more loud-mouthed mages who had a lot of power and potential, but whose magic was also fairly unstable and prone to demons. It's entirely possible that she would've been made Tranquil because of her behavior and instability combined.
