Additional Info: GMT+10/AEST. I usually aim to stick to a medium pace and hit most tags within a day or two (or three?). If RL is busy, or I have lots of tags to hit, or the thread is old, I can get slow at times (like I have been for the past week or so; sorry to all my threadmates for that :c ). I can boomerang occasionally.

About Them: Oscar is an automaton who has changed a lot over the course of his canon because of his close friendship with a human and the experiences he has shared with her. As the 'sophisticated butler type', he holds himself to a high standard and maintains a polite formality with everyone. Get to know him, though, and he'll reveal a highly critical thought process, a dry sense of humor, a strong sense of morality, a tendency of becoming obsessive about his work, and the ability to be an encouraging, supportive friend and be a very pure gentlemanly thing. He is kind and self-sacrificing in his nature, sharp-witted and analytical in his thinking, and stubborn to the point that it can be frustrating. Was in Hadriel for three months (Aug-Oct 2016) before being apped again a year ago and taken from a later canon point with a different body.
Notable CR: Proud to have Nick Valentine as a friend, Rey's Unclebot I guess, and as of recently has befriended Margaery and Alphys! He has been in the Fire Brigade since its inception and works on community projects, sometimes seen in tow of the head of the firefighters, Curufin. Helps the Clinic out by gathering supplies for them mostly, but he's also capable of administering some first aid thanks to his lessons from Will Solace! And he's on team Save Name.
Current Plans: Oscar's body has recently received maintenance and servicing from Alphys (mostly on his legs), so naturally he's Back To Work now that he's as fixed as he can be without the availability of replacement parts. He's helping with the 'build all the piers' project and also thinks there should be a fire station on each island in future, so he's marked down a few potential locations for the Fire Brigade to consider once more boats and piers are organized. He believes what Name said about the Door, but he won't be joining the search for fragments because, look at him.
CR you're looking for: Always interested in developing existing CR (friends, co-workers, acquaintances), but at the same time, always interested in gaining new CR too! He needs more friends to fuss over. :|

I SUPER DROPPED THE BALL on everything last month, but I'm still game to work on Carlisle and Oscar both during the senses lost thread and after that, once they can actually talk! Teach him not all robots are terrifying, buddy.

Pratt here is gonna talk to all the robots because robots are cool and when else is he gonna get that chance?

Oscar may malfunction if he starts fretting over this hot mess of a mentally unstable deputy, but it would be nice for Pratt to get someone actually genuinely nice in his life. Does he hang out anywhere in particular where they might encounter each other?

Oscar tends to stick to the North Island, but he has hopped on the boats a few times to visit other islands for Clinic supply-gathering/helper duties and future planning stuff for the Fire Brigade. It's safe to assume if Pratt goes to the Fire Brigade HQ on the North Island, Oscar's probably there. He pays an inordinate amount of attention to caring for the fire trucks stored away at the maintenance center (it's basically a big shed). Come say hi, bro.
