About Them: Mewtwo was born and raised in a lab her entire life, used in horrific experiments until she used her powers to blow up the lab and escape. She's extremely distrustful of humans, thinking that they will try to hurt or capture her given the opportunity. Though she will still save those who seem to be in trouble. She's very socially awkward, only having interacted with scientists all her life.
Notable CR: None at the moment. She tends to keep away from people when she can.
Current Plans: Nothing much, aside from her looking for the Kabutops that came in through the Door. I would like to put her in more situations that involve her having to put trust into someone else though.

About Them: A tiny ball of anger, cynicism and activity who needs pink hair dye to Live (okay not really but she sure does look better with it). That Person who has to have her nose involved in everything, runs the clinic (for the time being), usually found fighting something when Hadriel's under attack, oh, and can see your powers thanks to her magical glowing eyes. Just before the move to the ocean planet, she found The Door and has been trying to learn more with Alphys, but then Name came along and made their plans massively speed up.

If you work at the clinic, help out the guard or spend a lot of time at the speakeasy, you've probably met her. And if you live in Love's Housing, you might have a neighbour in her. I'm totally up for handwaving any first meetings if it makes things easier!

Current Plans: Kate is currently trying to organise some sort of force to learn more about The Door, since she would much rather the people of Hadriel have the leverage of Door parts over the gods or the Null.

About Them: Gayest grump with a heart of gold and a terrible temper. A disaster concoction of fabricated memories belonging to different women who were soldiers and/or assassins because of that robot brain. Lots of PTSD and identity issues, full speed ahead.

Has a lot of intentionally-inflicted scars on her face. Also the ability to not-so-spontaneously combust herself and things around her and manipulate heat; makes for a very good personal sauna if you can keep her still long enough.

Runs the Speakeasy and welcome dance nights for the newbies on the intro logs. Here is the most current one that takes place in the 12th, so don't feel shy about tagging into it or around.

Notable CR: Lives with her BFF dadbot Nick Valentine. And Oscar is her unclebot twice removed or something. Friends with Rosie, Atem, Alphys, Trafalgar Law, Aren Brosca, Laura Palmer, and Carlisle Longinmouth. She has been super wary of Caedra Nisariel but is more or less going with the flow as far as interacting with her is concerned. It's complicated. Rey is still technically part of the Guard in a near-unofficial capacity, so some of them might know of her.
Also has a mutant cat named Tripod and he is the most noble boy you will ever meet.

Current Plans: If the plot wills it, she will most likely be accompanying Caedra and Law on the boat ride to locate the Door's fragments, since she's invited and doesn't really have a choice in the matter. She's not too big on controlling the Door but she'd rather make sure it doesn't end up under the thumb of worse folks. Secretly Rey has been entrusted by Sorrow with the last godkiller, which no one but Nick is aware, but it does help put Rey into that mentality of being on "even footing" with the gods that others lack.

CR you're looking for: Soldier types. She's softened up a little towards synthetics but is still rather uncomfortable around them, and is very harsh on Name. Always accepting volunteers at the Speakeasy and Game Room, including maintenance, brewing/distilling, music, and setting up dance nights. I'm pretty damn open to anyone who thinks she might gel well with, negative or positive! Rey has been around for over two and a half years (wow, time flies!) and so that makes her a very good source of information for those who want to know about past events.

About Them: Determined, adaptable, empathetic, and decisive, Connor makes for a good detective where he works at the Detroit Police Department. Unfortunately, all of those things also make him kind of a terrible android, as androids are absolutely not supposed to make their own choices or feel emotions; in fact, Connor was specifically made to hunt down those who do, which are called 'deviants.'

So denial's been the name of the game for awhile, although just recently (as in an hour or so before arriving in Hadriel) Connor officially flipped sides, turning to help the deviants in their fight against humans. The short version of what this means is that he's extremely confused; emotions are very, very new, there are too many, they're hard to sort out, and a lot of him really wishes he could just go back to being a good android. He's very much still figuring out his sense of self, but already has a much stronger personality than he really realizes just yet.

Also he likes dogs.

Notable CR: No one yet! He's new, though he'll probably be joining the Guard and he's been having some interesting conversations so far.

Current Plans: Right now he's settling in, trying to get an idea of how the social structure of Hadriel works, attempting to sort out feeling emotions and being his own person, and also pretending to be human. We'll see how long that can last.

About Them: Jade is a soldier from a place with magical wiggly particles known as fonons that comprise the elements of his world. Incidentally, he is a fonist, or basically a spellcaster, and he’s scary good at what he does. As if that wasn’t enough, he can summon a spear from APPARENTLY NOWHERE, ok. And…also Jade is a sarcastic, dry humored kind of guy so he’s bound to piss someone off more than once. Whoops!

Notable CR: No one so far, though he has had conversations with some people. Since I’m fairly slow and he’s new, it’ll take a while to jump into some proper CR, I’m afraid. ;v;

Current Plans: Jade’s currently acclimating himself to the geography of the place, and trying to keep himself busy with learning as much about Hadriel as he can without asking around too much since he got here. [Name], the Null, the Gods, and the Door are all pretty high on his priorities to get involved with, so he’ll be actually asking around about those things soon, especially given what [Name] has told them.


CR you're looking for: I plan to have him get involved with the lab, in order to keep his sizeable intellect occupied of course. =P Jade’s not very proud of what he’s done in the name of science but it doesn’t mean that scientific study and theorizing isn’t a part of who he is. And hey, here he can’t make bad decisions, nor does anyone have any idea about his lovely nickname and all the shitty things he’s done. So yeah, if you have a character that’s smart and wouldn’t mind bouncing theories off him, STEP UP PLS!!

I really want him to create bonds with people, but he’s a prickly guy even endgame, so please be patient with me as he…uh. Likely insults your character. If you’re into that, or you think his smarmy nature won’t be a total turnoff, then please, give me all the CR. If it’s in any way helpful, Jade being a soldier means he’s likely to put himself into the thick of any fights that might occur, and that he will protect civilians, for what it’s worth!

About Them: Jill is one of the protagonists of a zombie survival horror game (you may have heard of it! XD). She is strong, capable, confident, and totally kickass. She started out her career training with the military and moved into a Special Tactics and Rescue Service squad. After some crazy mansion incident, Jill moved on to become one of the founding members a worldwide organization called the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, under the direction of the United Nations. She's a seasoned field agent and leader. Under all of that, she's a caring woman who will fight to protect others. Jill is generally easy to get along with and also has a light sense of humor.
Notable CR: Jill was in Hadriel previously, so some may still remember her time in the game! But since her reapp is taken from a canon point before her previous app, she will need to get to know everyone again. <3
Current Plans: Right now she's just getting acclimated. No current plans on the agenda except meeting new/old people.

About Them: Appearance stuff is here but in brief she's short and has pitch-black eyes. Caedra is of the tanar'ri race of demons, meaning what she loves most is to throw everything into violent chaos. She's quick to anger and quick to act on it, has killed several people in Hadriel and will certainly kill more. She's a compulsive liar and is incapable of empathy. HOWEVER. She's fun! She does like people, even if she hates being trapped here with them, and will usually tease, flirt, deride, and taunt people before trying to take them apart. She's learning about consequences and why sometimes patience can be valuable.

Notable CR: Semiyon is her mob boss buddy, Law is her boytoy and she cares about both a little more than she'll easily let on. Is worshiped as a goddess by Floki. Often hangs out with and torments Rey or others who might frequent the Speakeasy. Finds most of her murder victims (Charles, Rita, Margaery, Ianchus) varying shades of annoying depending on how seriously they took the whole thing, Rita being the least annoying and Margaery certainly the most. Hates Curufin intensely and is genuinely afraid of Ravine. A CR chart is here and I need to update it.
Current Plans: Caedra wants out of this place so bad and invited herself onto Law's crew before there was a crew. She's eager to get this Door reassembled and under her control, if she can manage it, but she'll settle for anything that gets her home. She finds organization hard and so the fight club thing still hasn't gotten off the ground, but it could potentially reappear. Beyond that, she doesn't really plan ahead much and I'm happy to go with the flow.
CR you're looking for: Aside from the usual 'everything', man, she has a surprising number of people who either like her or tolerate her and that's wild. Let's get some antipathy going on in here, she's a demon after all! But yes I welcome all CR, positive or negative.

About Them:

Atem is the ancient spirit of a teen Pharaoh who died over 3 000 years ago. He got himself sealed in an ancient Item in order to stop the Darkness from taking over the world, losing his memories in the process. In modern times he got released by a cute little boy named Yugi, he got to share a body with him, won some duels and tournaments and eventually fought (read: played trading card games) for the fate of the world again. He won with a little help from his friends, got his memories back, and tried to finally move to the afterlife. That did not happen, he got stuck in Hadriel instead. He might or not be a little bitter about that.

He's a 16yo stuck in a 18-ish body that looks like 12... More info here.

About Them: Kelson’s a young, 18 year old 12th century king of Gwynedd with magic he’s only semi trained in. He’s both badass and only partly trained at the same time. Kelson’s main drive is protecting his people and his kingdom and changing the rather racist and prejudiced laws and people he governs. Here, he’s feeling kind of in limbo, still reeling from culture shock and feeling out of place. His 12th century attitude is still getting him into trouble.


Notable CR: Kelson currently has CR with most of the ASOIAF/GOT cast, Jeyne Westerling, Margaery Tyrell, Sansa Stark, Jon Snow. He’s also close with Laura Palmer and getting to know Rhy Maresh, Maglor, Curufin and Annabeth Chase. Hates Caedra with a vengeance.

Current Plans: Kelson’s got no big plans this month. Have at him! Jeyne and Kelson will most likely continue to bond over their mutual red weddings and gain trust and friendship.

About Them:

Short story: Rosen was a neuropsychiatrist back in New York working with the DoD to examine, analyze, and research a wave of people who were showing symptoms of super-enhanced abilities. However right before he was brought to Hadriel he was arrested for outing a government coverup and was packed off to prison. So he's got a bit of bitterness about that.

Rosen is a bleeding heart who doesn't handle it well and often makes horrible decisions when emotionally compromised. He spends a lot of time stuck in his own head as he is research / academic oriented rather than interaction oriented so often his demeanor comes off as indifferent or grumpy. He has a difficult family history, much in part to his own failures as a father, so he's not really the 'share and care' type. He'd rather people just didn't know anything about him.

Notable CR: Rosen is closest to people who work at the clinic so Kate, Will, Lance, etc. but he's not particularly close to any one person at the moment, much of his closest CR from early on left so he's never really gotten over that fear of it happening again.
Current Plans: I don't have any current specific plans for Rosen though I am tossing around the idea of a canon shift for him. I am pretty much open to any and all suggestions.

About Them: vanessa is a victorian witch who is probably the best friend that you could have. she is kind and caring and puts her friends feelings above her own. she's had a pretty terrible life and is feeling it at the minute but she's slowly getting out and about there on starter island

Hey! So if you ever want these two to meet, a really easy hook for that would be the orchard. Caedra spends a decent amount of time there as well but since she is basically just concentrated pure evil in bipedal form, plants tend to react to that by straight up dying if she touches them - so there are undoubtedly little patches of plants and trails between them where everything is blackened to ash. I have a starter that makes mention of that in her open toplevel in this month's intro log if it's of interest, or it could be a thing for the future.

Trafalgar Law

CHARACTERCharacter Name: Trafalgar Law

About Them: Asshole with a heart of more asshole. There is no squishy center in him, Law's a driven man with needs and goals and would rather use you than get to like you. There's more here including way too much detail on his tattoos.
Notable CR: he has a metric asston of acquaintances but as of late he's been around Caedra more, FWB has its benefits. Going through rough patches with Atem. Still likes Michael more than almost all of you.
Current Plans: Oh look a post about a crew! Law is openly recruiting a firm crew to go after the pieces of the ninth god, and getting his shipwrights in order, since he doesn't yet know about Tranquility's plan. He's looking for skill and usefulness, not frands, so not everyone is allowed to climb aboard. He is also 1000% into this Door stuff so he'll be overwhelmingly involved in plot for a while. Oh and he's been secretly studying Sorrow as a means to learn about the physiological properties of the gods, ostensibly for the purpose of devising a means to either protect them or inoculate the Null against their influence but who knows what else that information might be useful for. He will NOT be telling anyone about that, it is legit his secret and he's not risking his bargain with Sorrow over letting that get out. Also technically secret is his FWB arrangement, he tells no one about it and only people who live in Love's tiny housing, who might plausibly have been outside to see Caedra come and go, might have any inkling that they're friendly with each other. Also also important to note: if you don't think he's using you, you're wrong.
CR you're looking for: Aside from Door stuff, Law's open to both positive and negative CR, but he's strangely ethical about his medical work sometimes so he will still treat and heal people even if he hates them. Fans of pirates are always welcome. He doesn't get along at all well with super cute and friendly types but anyone with traits eerily similar to Luffy may find themselves allowed closer to him. He's at the clinic on the intro log for people to visit him anytime after the timeline of his post. Aaaaaand...honestly, god events are the best for CR because they tend to suspend his usual personality and allow for diverse interactions, so when the plot posts go up, hit me up for shenanigans of all kinds.

Hiii. So, I've been wanting to get some Law cr for a while now (sorry about bailing last month orz). I'm thinking if there could be a way for Edgar to take part to the boat-adventures? He doesn't need to breathe so lol, underwater exploration is technically possible. He's just super cautious and doesn't want to out himself as nonhuman in public. So I was wondering it'd be possible for him to hide in the boat and be a stowaway or something alike to it?

About Them: Geralt is a Witcher. They'er kind of like a special monster bounty hunter? They're put through horrible, dangerous tasks and undergo physical changes and augmentums to mutate them so that they can be able to use awesome magic abilities that assist them in monster hunting. Geralt has pretty yellow cat eyes as a side effect due to this! Even though Witcher's are really userul, they're hated and branded as freaks by most common people. His app is here if you want more detailed information!

Notable CR: He's fresh out the gate this month, so no one as of yet!

Current Plans: Nothing much just yet. I do plan to have him kill at least one of every creature that lurks in Hadriel, if only to make oils from them and teach people how to use it to help them fight different things. Other than that, his Intro Log top-level is here and I'll be throwing him on the network comm soon!

About Them: Percy is the walking example of "kind, but not nice." He is a good facsimile of a hero, but he's also a pragmatist of the highest order, and he's well aware that he's terrible. He carries a lot of guilt due to the weight of his bad decisions, and he invented the firearm in his world which... was not great.

Notable CR: Keyleth is his bestie, and he does hang around the science lab a lot.
Current Plans: Right now, Percy is trying to adapt to the culture shock and learn whatever he can about this place by spending as much time in the lab. Caedra kinda tricked him into believing he promised her a gun when he was here previously so he's also been working on that. He's also pretty heavily on [name]'s side for this plot.

About Them: An intelligent, practical person who sometimes takes himself too seriously and sometimes has trouble reading the humour of other people. Ignis is young but a well-trained fighter, as well as a proficient chef. He is highly intelligent and knows it, has a dry/sarcastic sense of humour and a tendency to gloat when he's proven right, but is an all-around decent guy and someone who is good to have as a friend - unfailingly loyal and always willing to supply a fantastic meal.

These days, knowing things that will happen in the future that he certainly shouldn't know, he has a lot on his mind at all times (which he is trying to ignore). His natural reaction to this is to throw himself into work/anything to keep his mind off things. His ability to compartmentalise is being sorely challenged these days, so if you want to wind him up just to see his temper snap, now's a good time.
Notable CR: His girlfriend Kate are best friend Noctis are his closest CR, as well as having built/in the process of building some good friendships with the likes of Maglor, Curufin and several members of the Guard including Nick, Cecily and Henry.
Current Plans: At the moment he's working with Curufin on an idea he had and the elf ran with - building docks on the islands to allow easier access for boats. It's ended up being a bigger project than he expected so between that, the Guard, and other things he does with his time he is a busy young man and can pretty much be found anywhere conveniently.

He will be very curious about the Null plot, not least because of Kate's involvement in it but very much because of his own inquisitiveness - actually getting to the bottom of something in this place is too good an opportunity to pass up.

Notable CR: Eleven loves Wash okay! He is her adoptive Dad and is amazing and she'll explode you if you say differently. She also thinks George is awesome, such a cool older-sister kinda role model. Margaery is pretty and she wants to be as girly s her one day. She's recently getting to know Vanessa and thinks Sonya is a total badass!

Current Plans: She's probably going to try and help with the current game plot by experimenting and seeing if she can locate any gate info with her powers. That and see if she can make a bubble of energy around her so she can move underwater freely without running out of air.

About Them: Disaster man, take me by the hand. Part one of the Texmex Disaster Twins with his sister Lup and self professed Best Tres Horny Boy, Taako is a high elf and twin sister to Lup, along with teammates of Magnus and Merle (who is now gone, sad sad). I should note that he's from a podcast medium and so his appearance is mostly non-cannonical, but in Hadriel he's a little under 6 feet tall, fairly skinny with some chub around his middle, with brown skin and long white/blonde hair he usually keeps back in a braid. I try to keep his icons as consistent as possible to this but uhhh fanart is hard and I am but one woman. Also there's the given pointy ears and he usually won't be caught dead without a big wizard hat. He's a well-accomplished D&D 5e style transmutation wizard (his spell list is here), and a pretty incredible chef. He's gay as hell and will flirt with any attractive dude at a level that's damn near merciless and I'm sorry in advance. He has issues talking about Emotions and is mostly an asshole who will tease and mess with anyone he doesn't care about, but he has a soft spot for kids and he won't admit it. Ever. Basically, a tire fire of a person who will insist he is Perfect.

Notable CR: He's got a bigass cast so a lot of them; he lives with Lup, Angus McDonald, Magnus, and Barry, so he's around them a lot. He's also dating Kravitz and only getting gayer. In general, he's on good terms with everyone in his cast currently in the city, and also on some good/funnily mocking terms with Nathan Drake, Elena Fisher, Cecily, Rosie, Rhy, Edgar, and Keyleth. He's also been harassing the shit out of Hella lately. Ultimately he strives to make himself kind of a Presence, so he's spoken to a lot of people at least once.

Current Plans: He's taking a pretty chill month, since he just had his big birthday party (which you can still tag into here at the log or here at the network if you wanna see him and Lup! Otherwise he doesn't care so much about what's happening with the Door other than wanting to poke at it once someone else has done all the hard work.

CR you're looking for: He always love people that challenge him- he's kind of a hard sell sometimes because he's a rude little shit, but I love people that bite a bit back. He's also, now that he's past his first year, figuring out he Actually Cares about some of his longer term CR, so I'd love to foster more with new people in that same vein- people he begrudgingly kind of loves. His cast has dwindled a bit so those safety net people are getting more important as he goes on.

About Them: A student of fine art, considered a prodigy in Japanese-style art. Yusuke is known in his own world for being the pupil of Ichiryusai Madarame, a world-famous artist who, in reality, gained his fame on the back of abusing and plagiarising his students. Amongst them was Yusuke, who was effectively being used as a slave to generate fame and profit. With no real way to escape his abuse, Yusuke joined the Phantom Thieves in order to change his mentor's heart and force him to confess his crimes, after which he continued to work with the Thieves in a bid to reform the corruption in society. He works under the codename of "Fox". In his own world and in Hadriel, he tries to keep that aspect of his identity hidden.

Yusuke comes across as eccentric, because of his mannerisms and obsession with art. He does everything according to his aesthetics, and even joining the Phantom Thieves was partly motivated by the desire to improve as an artist. His sheltered, restricted upbringing can make him seem clueless, but despite his lack of people skills, he has a strong sense of justice. In general, he distrusts adults, and is deeply critical of those in power who use others for their own ends.
Notable CR: Akira is his leader, closest friend and roommate all rolled into one, and Makoto just arrived to boost Phantom Thief numbers! Akechi is also... sort of... an ally, and he's friends with Komaeda. Recently Yusuke has become close to Ianchus, and was heartbroken after Ianchus was killed.
Current Plans: Yusuke doesn't particularly trust Name and isn't useful for much relating to the Door. Not that it really matters, because after Ianchus's murder, Yusuke hasn't thought about much else besides stealing Caedra's heart and bringing her to justice. Given his target is... actually a demon and not human in the first place... this is going to backfire horribly, but who's going to deal with this this shit if he doesn't? >(((( At the moment he's still trying to gather information about her, so he may pester his CR/other people at random for deets.

About Them: Michael is a former autopsy technician who is also, unbeknownst to him, a powerful witch. Her morality seems noble at first glance, until you realize that, despite not being a murderer herself, she allies herself with them for the most part.
Notable CR: Her most notable CR is probably Caedra, with whom an attempt at flirting ended in almost complete disaster and now Avisheh wants to get back at LOL.
