About Them:

Short story: Rosen was a neuropsychiatrist back in New York working with the DoD to examine, analyze, and research a wave of people who were showing symptoms of super-enhanced abilities. However right before he was brought to Hadriel he was arrested for outing a government coverup and was packed off to prison. So he's got a bit of bitterness about that.

Rosen is a bleeding heart who doesn't handle it well and often makes horrible decisions when emotionally compromised. He spends a lot of time stuck in his own head as he is research / academic oriented rather than interaction oriented so often his demeanor comes off as indifferent or grumpy. He has a difficult family history, much in part to his own failures as a father, so he's not really the 'share and care' type. He'd rather people just didn't know anything about him.

Notable CR: Rosen is closest to people who work at the clinic so Kate, Will, Lance, etc. but he's not particularly close to any one person at the moment, much of his closest CR from early on left so he's never really gotten over that fear of it happening again.
Current Plans: I don't have any current specific plans for Rosen though I am tossing around the idea of a canon shift for him. I am pretty much open to any and all suggestions.
CR you're looking for: Anything! I would love to develop his current CR further and also to get him talking to more people.

Gosh, I'm interested in CR with all of yours, but Rosen seemed like a good place to start!! Just from a glance it seems like they have a lot in common (especially coming off as grumpy or indifferent and that fear of losing people), so maybe that would be good a springboard for them? Hinata will probably need to stop by the clinic after his pleasant run-in with the Kabutops, so perhaps they could meet there!
