About Them:

Short story: Rosen was a neuropsychiatrist back in New York working with the DoD to examine, analyze, and research a wave of people who were showing symptoms of super-enhanced abilities. However right before he was brought to Hadriel he was arrested for outing a government coverup and was packed off to prison. So he's got a bit of bitterness about that.

Rosen is a bleeding heart who doesn't handle it well and often makes horrible decisions when emotionally compromised. He spends a lot of time stuck in his own head as he is research / academic oriented rather than interaction oriented so often his demeanor comes off as indifferent or grumpy. He has a difficult family history, much in part to his own failures as a father, so he's not really the 'share and care' type. He'd rather people just didn't know anything about him.

Notable CR: Rosen is closest to people who work at the clinic so Kate, Will, Lance, etc. but he's not particularly close to any one person at the moment, much of his closest CR from early on left so he's never really gotten over that fear of it happening again.
Current Plans: I don't have any current specific plans for Rosen though I am tossing around the idea of a canon shift for him. I am pretty much open to any and all suggestions.
CR you're looking for: Anything! I would love to develop his current CR further and also to get him talking to more people.
Notes:

Gosh, I'm interested in CR with all of yours, but Rosen seemed like a good place to start!! Just from a glance it seems like they have a lot in common (especially coming off as grumpy or indifferent and that fear of losing people), so maybe that would be good a springboard for them? Hinata will probably need to stop by the clinic after his pleasant run-in with the Kabutops, so perhaps they could meet there!

About Them:

Delmar is a gentle and exceedingly sincere person. A lonely, elderly accountant from 1960s New York who only recently came out of the closet with the help of his friends in Hadriel, he is extremely timid and shy but generous hearted and affectionate. Delmar has no filter between what he feels and what he says or does so 'wears his heart on his sleeve' is an understatement. He is quick to cry, just as quick to smile, and if he grows comfortable with you he is quick to hug and tell you you're wonderful. As a young man he was drafted into the second world war so he does have some combat experience but he is by no means a soldier and is not at all eager to ever be one again.

In Hadriel he runs the bakery, the Bear Hug Bakery, and he has a growing collection of teddy bears (which is how the bakery got its name)

Notable CR: Delmar's closest friends are Harlan, Michael, Julie, Margaery, and Laura and he's becoming closer to Jet and George and Seel helped him build the bakery so Delmar is very fond of him.

About Them:

Semiyon is a Russo-Israeli businessman and politician. Born in Russia, Semiyon began life as a "nobody", however proved to be quick-witted, shrewd, adaptable, and ruthless. Earning the nickname 'a snake with glasses', Semiyon began climbing the ranks, making his early fortune in the heavily corrupt aluminum shipping trade and establishing connections with the mafia families, the foreign cartels, the money-launderers, etc. Over time Semiyon gathered an arsenal of 'mutually-beneficial friendships' in the world of business, both legal and illegal. However when a rival pushed out an allied family in a hostile take-over of their family business, Semiyon also took a significant financial and political hit and was forced to flee Russia, seeking safety and better prospects in Israel. Once in Israel, Semiyon established himself as a powerful if not eccentric politician and businessman. He began making a new fortune in nightclubs and casinos through which he could move contraband goods and illegal funds for the more criminal elements of his social circles.

Perhaps unexpectedly for a mobster, Semiyon is disarmingly charming, marked by good manners and a playful sense of humor. However there are cracks in his friendly airs that betray a sharp edge waiting beneath those round glasses and fine clothes. Semiyon's gaze misses nothing, eyes always on the look out for a weak point and now and again his jokes come with an unsettling feeling that something sinister has just been implicated. He values intelligence above all other things.

About Them:

Whistler is mischievous and curious by nature, as is evidenced both by his love of fiddling with, dismantling, and modifying any and all electronic devices that emit sound or signal as well as his eagerness to utilize such toys to play pranks on others. He is also a notorious hermit, rarely leaving his apartment except when forced by the need for food. Therefore he generally prefers to interact with people via the network or private messages though occasionally you might run into him on the streets near the stores if the moon is in the right alignment.

Whistler is a blind phone hacker from San Francisco and has spent a good portion of his life rolling around in a van full of tech nerds breaking into banks so that they can show them exactly where the weaknesses in their security systems are.

Notable CR: Whistler's closest CR is with Julie (his girlfriend, gasp!), Kate who used to be his neighbor before she decided to ditch him for greener pastures, Atem, and the Girl
