About Them:

Whistler is mischievous and curious by nature, as is evidenced both by his love of fiddling with, dismantling, and modifying any and all electronic devices that emit sound or signal as well as his eagerness to utilize such toys to play pranks on others. He is also a notorious hermit, rarely leaving his apartment except when forced by the need for food. Therefore he generally prefers to interact with people via the network or private messages though occasionally you might run into him on the streets near the stores if the moon is in the right alignment.

Whistler is a blind phone hacker from San Francisco and has spent a good portion of his life rolling around in a van full of tech nerds breaking into banks so that they can show them exactly where the weaknesses in their security systems are.

Notable CR: Whistler's closest CR is with Julie (his girlfriend, gasp!), Kate who used to be his neighbor before she decided to ditch him for greener pastures, Atem, and the Girl
