Canon: FOX's TV adaptation of Vertigo's Lucifer

About Them: The biggest point about this interpretation of Lucifer is he is very much based on the Milton Anti-Hero type, rather than "PURE EVIL". In fact Lucifer has been very passionate to point out that he isn't evil, he punishes evil and he tends to get very judgy about injustice between the crime and the punishment. He doesn't hate mortals, he's not interested in collecting souls, he's actually most passionate about the idea of Free Will.

He does like to make Faustian type deals with those who come to him (he doesn't seek them out) and when he does get angry, he's pretty ruthless. He's also slowly having to learn the idea of accountability for his actions (he's a work in progress there) with some of these deals.

He's got a few steamer trunks full of Daddy issues but that said, he's also oddly attentive to his father's whims and rules. As I noted in his app, a neat canon quirk about the character is he never lets his father's name be mentioned without returning a quick remark; sort of a 'I heard that...' kind of thing.

Notable CR: He's still pretty new and not really a "hang out" type of guy, unless your name is Mazikeen. However, if someone happens to trip across a piano...

Current Plans: At the moment, he's still settling in and deciding how he feels about this place. Besides snarking about the idea of 'Hope'. He doesn't really sleep dream so there isn't much for him to do with the Dreamwalker event but I'm going to consider whether or not he'd visit any dreams.

Otherwise (and other than possibly looking for a piano) he's been down in the caves, exploring the monsters in there. For the most part he hasn't been interested in killing them, just investigating them. Though if anyone wants to say they found an extra monster body or two ... Luci may have had to make a point here or there.

CR you're looking for: I tend to let characters sort out their CR through IC interactions, so there isn't anything specific I can think of for Lucifer. He's kind of difficult in that he doesn't exactly look for friends, romantic entanglements, negative CR, etc. What happens around him happens around him and he takes it as it comes. So long as it fits into his over all world view.

About Them: He's a robot detective from a post-apocalyptic universe who is used to feeling like a person, but not thinking of himself as one. He looks like this, and despite the hard-boiled detective getup and the exposed metal parts, he's an absolute softie who really wants the best for people (even if he isn't one).

Notable CR: Rey, Glacius, Maketh -- you know, the types who serve up justice with every meal.

Current Plans: As per canon, he'll be having some "flashes" of his time from the Institute and into the life of the original Nick Valentine during the Dreamwalker event! So... nothing happy at all. He also patrols on a regular basis, so if you want to pass him by sometime to strike up a conversation, hit me up!

CR you're looking for: I'm pretty much open for anything! I'd especially love CR that will treat him with apprehension, given what he is and what he looks like, so folks who come from worlds where they don't trust robots with sentience, sign me right the heck up.

About Them: He's as if a ball of nerves, guilt, and fears somehow got stretched into the shape of a person and was given life. He's super dooper religious and desperately wants to be helpful, but it turns out that if you want healing, you might have to put up with his awkward and insufferable personality. He's also really into taking notes, so prepare for those if your character starts talking about something he's interested in.

He's almost always wearing his clergy outfit, but he's now got a bandage that covers most of his right arm, since his glove got a bunch of holes in it when a mimic nearly bit his arm off, and he's got issues involving physical contact. Just a heads up to folks who might thread with him!

Notable CR: "Hanging out" would imply he leaves his apartment on more than a rare occasion. (But seriously, he hasn't run into most folks more than once. He does rather like Glacius and Rey, though.)

Current Plans: I'm not sure what I'll be doing for him with the Dreamwalker event, but I definitely want to throw him into the dreams of other folks! Aside from that, he'll be around to play party cleric for people and probably be a nuisance on the network.

CR you're looking for: ANY AND ALL. Seriously, he needs friends and enemies. Probably more of the latter.

About Them: He's sort of a normal loser if a normal loser were exceptionally capable of beating people up and surviving deathtraps. He also has red eyes, which some people might find weird—if they find it weird vocally he'll retreat into an invisible turtle shell, but that's okay. In general he's sociable and projects confidence, and he's legitimately skilled at making people feel better about themselves, when he wants to be. He has a special empathy for kids in unfortunate situations, and he tends to kind of older-brother shepherd them into better ones (insofar as it doesn't inconvenience him much; responsibility is not his strong suit).

On the other hand, he can be sort of an obnoxious jackass.

Notable CR: Hakkai/stepford_smiler, his best friend/roommate.

Current Plans: There's a possibility that he's going to ask if anybody has any cigarettes, but it kind of depends on how things go—being real, he smokes a lot, so trading something for a pack or two would not put a dent in his eventual suffering.

REGARDLESS THOUGH he's definitely going to have at least one nightmare for the dreams event, both because near-death experiences are a part of his life and because horror is my fave thing to write. CR you're looking for: ALL OF IT, since new. Positive and negative CR are equally great, although he's laid-back enough that it would be hard to get truly negative CR with him. You'd probably have to shoot Hakkai.

About Them: Oh boy, Dean Winchester is kind of an asshole who is painfully hard to get to know and has a bit of a violent streak. I MEAN. What more is there to say??? ....Right now he's sporting the Mark of Cain which makes him even more violent with a twitchy side of "he needs to punch people to not end up dead eventually," which is going to start becoming a problem here pretty soon. Esp since he hasn't gotten into any kind of a fight since he first arrived and it's going to start becoming pretty apparent with his bitchy moods.

Also, highly important: He's a functional alcoholic who also loves his vices because repression is basically one of his very few best friends. Jussayin.

WHAT ELSE.... there's a lot else. I could ramble forever. Dean is aware he's incredibly hard to get close to and is by far more inclined to lie about his life before he's even remotely interested in telling the truth. But if the conversation goes that way he'll talk about monsters and shit without going too in depth. He can also be pretty socially inept at times, so apologies for that. He can be terrifyingly loyal when he does get close to someone, which is beneficial (but not really bc people close to Winchesters tend to die.) Dean also has a lot of feelings and pretty much pretends he has zero (there's that repression again) so if anyone does get close to him, hoo boy be PREPARED.

Notable CR: Sam & Cas are his bros and if you fuck them up we got a problem. After that, he's mostly still getting to know people!
Current Plans: MAN I HAVE NO PLANS, though if anyone wants to hit me up for dream fun times, let's do that. Dean will be horrified and if you're looking for a quick way to get to know him better, let's do it.

Okay fo'real-- Wade's basically a chewy nougat of insecurity, low self-esteem and abandonment issues wrapped around a layer of witty quips and pop culture references. Lately he's been trying to reconcile his heroic, compassionate streak with his desire to push people away as a defense mechanism (making friends is hard when you know they'll all die someday and you won't haha...ha), so he's still very conflicted as a result. Expect him to be shallowly funny to a fault until you really get to know him and his inner demons. Deep down, the dude's a mess.
Notable CR: He's seen Liquid (liquid_serpent) on occasion, but they aren't friends. He and Sanji (haute_cuisine) have this weird "It's Complicated" Facebook status, and Arya (whichend) tried to steal his shit when he was stoned off his ass. It's okay, this is kinda in keeping with how he usually makes friends.
Current Plans: Wade's Delight dreams are probably gonna center around living in Haven-- as desolate as that place was, it was the first time he'd ever had anything resembling a family. His Fear dreams are probably going to involve being a test subject at the Workhouse, being a test subject in Haven, or his worst fear, being alive long after the human race has gone extinct. HAPPY TIMES FOR ALL.

About Them: Sette is a professional miniature rogue, thief, and liar. She's crude, bratty, manipulative, cheeky and egotistical, though she has a boat load of insecurities underneath it all and can actually be loyal when she becomes (very) close to someone. She's pretty good at reading people too, but actually sometimes uses this to help them rather than manipulate... if she likes you.

As for appearance - Sette looks like your average twelve year old girl who doesn't wear any shoes. Except she also has a tail (it looks like a lion's) and some incredibly sharp teeth (please don't put any fingers near her mouth unless you want to lose them). She's unlikely to be anywhere without Boo, her small metallic magic spider.

Notable CR: Her castmates!! She has bonded with Chris a lot and Ashley somewhat, and has now seen Josh naked and wishes brain bleach were a thing. She gave Josh his sister's locket and finally apologized for that disaster, so maybe at some point they will both stop ignoring their trauma and feelings and deal with it!! :D!! Never gonna happen!!!! :DD

She also made peace with Maketh and they had a nice chat while they were both high. Em and Newt will be setting up a sewing shop because all of you losers are the worst at fashion. She's kind of weirded out by Bianca but otherwise finds her harmless. Got saved by Glacius and is super grateful but hasn't thanked him yet because I'm a doofus. Current Plans: DREAMS. I have one of each type planned, 2.2 of them written. Her Hope will be what's in her mirror from the Hope event a while back. Her Fear dream will be a fresh new run through the mines featuring Handigo chasing her and Matt hating her and abandoning her and dying. A lot. And Emily will be unable to help him every time. Her Rage dream will be her being faced with some of the worst shit that's been done to her recently. She's gonna be beating the shit out of Mike in particular because now that she's seen what happened to Jess, she's more inclined to blame Mike for all her problems -- but she's still gonna be fighting Jessica in the dream (so come try and stop her :D). Her Delight dream will be a shopping spree. /Kanye shrugs

Please please please come walk in her dreams, especially if you have CR with her. She'll hate you for it after for a while, but she'll get over it in time, and it'll do her a lot of good.

About Them: Hux is a general in the First Order, a military junta which was started after the Empire fell. He was raised in that society and definitely drank their Kool-aid which unfortunately means he’s kinda a dick. He’s a villain in his canon though he is so brainwashed, he thinks he’s actually the good guy. Hux is a genius and an over-achiever like a mofo with a lot of ambition who one day wants to rule the galaxy just because he doesn’t think anyone else is capable of doing it correctly. And if he has to murder a few dozen planets and billions of people to do so, he will. So yeah, pretty much a huge, raging dick.
Notable CR: None as of yet. He’s brand new to the game.
Current Plans: At first, Hux’s main goal is going to be to GTFO like most every other newbie. He’s not going to be happy about having control of his own destiny yanked out of his hands but he is a pragmatist at heart and will eventually accept the fact that he’s not going anywhere just yet. I would love for someone to try and explain the whole theoretical system to him since he’s a staunch atheist and a man of science who will automatically reject the idea of deities.

Current Plans: nothing specific just yet, since i haven't put a whole lot of thought to the dreamstuff – but most of his dreams have a tendency to be nightmares. if you've got any suggestions, come at me! i bet we could work something out.
CR you're looking for: as nice as he is, he could definitely use some negative cr in his life. not everything has to be sunshine and rainbows and puppies. but he also needs more people that he can be nerdy with, bond with over stuff like maybe myths or folklore or just … generally nerdy stuff.

About Them: Rey is a cuddly ball of sunshine and that's where she gets her name from! Only not really. She's pretty much a bag of crazy that hides it with a robot guise in which she avoids referring to herself in self-pronouns. But she's recently started learning to open up a bit so she's become somewhat more amicable as of late, while still keeping herself closely guarded. Also she partially robotic -- she's got a metal skeleton and weighs over 300lbs because of it. As for notable features... As you can tell by the icons she has, she's pretty scarred up. So, yeah. That's easy to notice. Also she can generate enough heat to burst into flame, thus she's got a thing for fire and can't be burned by it.
(P.S. Robot Lesbian. That's it that is all.)

Notable CR: She's gotten pretty close to Nick Valentine, who she may or may not be "temporarily" crashing with since she tore up her own apartment (good job, Reybama). She also hangs out with folks like Firo and Bianca (how convenient that they live together!), Maketh, Glacius, and Rhys and Carlisle maybe fit in there somewhere as well. I know there are others so I apologize if I miss anyone! I still love you.

Current Plans: Rey continues to recover from her emotional shut-up as a result of the Assassin event, but she's letting herself feel again one emotion at a time. Thanks to Nick, she's crawling out of her shell a bit, even if she has a hard time trusting her own feelings at times because feelings drove her insane for a few years once and that was the very opposite of fun.
Since she's immune to fire, she could probably help out with the rampant firefly disaster? Maybe?
I do have some things planned for the Dreamwalker event, and I'm open to Rey joining someone's dreams while hosting some of her own. Her dreams tend to be more memory-based thanks to having a robot brain, but I'm willing to tweak with them to make them more interactive for the character involved, so that could be fun. Especially if anyone wants to witness any beep boop adventures as a soldier during wartime, yaaay.

CR you're looking for: Anything, really! I love positive and negative CR, as well as positive that turns negative or negative that turns positive, or just go all over the place. Military-like CR is also lovely, as well as anyone that she can spar with without totally breaking them. Because, you know... she's a tank. And also formerly a soldier kind of. Yeah.

About Them: Don't be intimidated by Glacius' fierce visage and intimidating size--he is actually not as hostile as he looks! He's wary of humans initially (his first interaction with them after landing on Earth involved them taking him prisoner and subjecting him to great cruelty), and recent events in Hadriel have exacerbated that somewhat but as long as you prove that you aren't a threat to him or his people, he should warm up to you eventually. He's curious, so he's likely to ask your character plenty of questions about the setting, or about their origins or homeworlds once he does get over his initial suspicions. And, should you actually befriend him-- prepare to have a very powerful ally at your side. Glacius has a fiercely loyal streak underneath his icy, level-headed personality, and is an extremely good fighter who won't hesitate to put his powers to use to protect those he cares about.
Notable CR: As he is still relatively new to the game, Glacius does not have any staunch allies that he frequently hangs out with yet! He has, however, spent some time with Nick, Rey, Carlisle, and Pell.
Current Plans: Glacius has had it fairly rough this past month; the Assassin event caused old concerns about the brutality of human nature to rear their ugly heads, and gave him a nasty guilt complex as well. I would love to have him gradually start bouncing back from that; opportunities where he has to rely on other and where he can prove himself to be gentle and compassionate will be key here. More casual stuff is great too, of course; anyone who encounters him and is willing to show him around the city and get more comfortable with the thought of living among humans would go a long way! As far as the Dreamwalker event goes, I plan on putting up at least one opener where your character can encounter Glacius in his past canon. Though he'll be a little wary of having all the horrible shit he went through thrust out into the open like that, it will at least help other characters understand him better, and could provide a good avenue into positive CR with him if you character showed him support or sympathy during or after.
CR you're looking for: Anything, honestly! I would love to have him make some close friends that gradually encourage him to come out of his shell during his stay in Hadriel, but some enemies to scuffle with and show off his powers would be fun too. Continuing to develop CR with anyone who has tagged him before is also high on my priority list!

About Them: Alright so generally speaking Ai is your average high school junior. She's blond, blue-gray eyed and considered one of the prettiest girls at her high school. Which is mostly where all the nice things about her end. Former Queen B of Yasogami, Ai has developed something of a serious bitch attitude that she wears as a shield 95% of the time. She is very reactive in terms of how she treats people. If they're nice to her she'll be nice back. Sarcastic and rude they get it right back from her. She's working on being truer to her more basic simple and sweet demeanor from her pre-adolescent days but again that won't always be her immediate way of acting with new people. Though she will try.
Notable CR: Being new she really only has CR with Yu Narukami (linefacingforever) who is a friend from home and pretty much her security blanket (once they work out Yu sticking is foot in his mouth in a big way) for the time being and Mello (torrefied) who really just drives her crazy as much as she does him.
Current Plans: Aside from getting her settled in I plan for Ai to have a hope and delight dream during the dreamshare event. And hope to have her stumble into a few fear/rage dreams as well.
CR you're looking for: Bring me everything I want it all being new. Given her general tendency to be terrible in an effort to protect herself negative CR to semi-mild CR would be the easiest to build. Positive CR will take more time since she's never really gotten along with girls her age or even back home, but she'll try at least. It'll takes some work for her to really trust them and not question their motives but that will be half the fun.

About Them: Gren is the one-armed salty murderpotato from the old English epic poem, Beowulf. Usually, he's in a glamour, which conceals his giant potato true form in the disguise of a sleazy greaser-wannabe from the 80s, which is really probably not any better. In terms of personality, he's generally pissy, has a short temper, and absolutely will hit you if you annoy him enough, so probably don't do that. On the good side of things, he's also extremely protective and loyal to his friends, so... also don't mess with them?

Notable CR:

Canon: Bigby Wolf (blowyoudown), the sheriff of Fabletown who is also responsible for tearing Gren's arm the second time, has recently arrived, and Gren is Not Very Happy about this. Mostly because Bigby is a dick who tore of his arm for like, thematic fucking irony or something.

Cross-Canon: Currently, Gren is room mates with/live-in bodyguard to Rhys (hybridification), and they're both chilling out at the Telltale Swag Pad being Totally Platonic, regardless of what certain sirens might have to say about it. Speaking of sirens, he's pretty much at odds with Lilith (cashlin), both because they absolutely can't get along unless they're high as kites and because Rhys thinks she's going to brutally murder him. Can't have that. There's also his Honorary Sober Nephew, Peter Rumancek (werewolfing) and Stabby Wolfkid Arya Stark (whichend), both of whom are on the 'people Gren looks out for' list.

Current Plans: Gren got high as balls this month on the fireflies, to the point where Rhys had to Pulp Fiction his ass with an epi-pen because Gren apparently only has two speeds-- zero and FUCK. I've been considering putting him up for some dreams, so if anyone wants to get all ancient northern European up in this bitch, hit me up.
CR you're looking for: All of it! I love both positive and negative CR, and, to be honest, Gren's kind of an asshole so negative CR is particularly welcome.
